I suggest Scancell will get its first indicator of efficacy in phase 1 .............. it's the way the science works after all. unusual for clinical trials, but the phase 1 patients are our target ... so once dose escalation kicks in hopefully we will get immune responses

when we raised the cash it said "" Commence"" ... it did not say fully funded .. at that is because of the length .. I repeat again that Phase 1 sets the criteria for phase 2

what your actually testing before treatment is the patient's immune system to decide TCR or Vaccine

the problem if you are just looking for stress in a dessert is that no citrullinated epitopes will appear and that would become apparent if you have circulating moditope CD4 without an immune response and you would know that pretty quickly because you would only have background IFN-y ..

now its possible to do that with IFN-y release assay

Vancomycin which cost are only a few £ after 2 trials its showing approx 90% as effective, But its niche is treating patients with weak kidneys which could make inroads into that market as a saleable product i have not really followed it but 26% of the market would still be lucrative on full approval. Appreciate that some elements of antibiotic resistance come into play ... but trials have not shown that up yet, in that vancomycin still cleared infections but a different trial could show that if they treated failed vancomycin patients ...

In moditope case there is no standard of care other than a wooden box in the short term .........

Moditope only works when a cancer is stressed ... which is late stage, clearly Lindy is working to stress cancer as an initiator to make moditope work in more patients ... so we do not know what might be discovered to move the moditope product closer to the immunobody product which can be used at any stage of cancer progression.

This is why we do not need to concentrate on Moditope relative to the Shareprice as SCIB1 alone has the shareprice covered. As per my Posts yesterday
