The Tender Offer was for a maximum of 65% per shareholder. If shares are held in a nominee account then that nominee account holder can apply to tender 65% of the shares they hold. (This will be made up of multiple individual shareholders, although legally it shows as only one holder, the nominee). Therefore if some of the individual holders don’t render any shares or less than the 65% this allows the nominee the opportunity to distribute more to those that potentially want more. Post covid Immotion undertook a root and branch review of costs, offices etc. We concluded we did not need a large office in Manchester. The lease to this office has been disposed of to a third party, as such we have transferred our registered office to our lawyers office for ease.
