"The board of ODX haven't done that. The only person who has put the security of their family or children at risk is the investor. You'd have to be an idiot (and greedy) to risk money that you can't afford to lose."
i would disagree with you, the Bod has made constant mistakes..
the investor made a huge mistake investing here...
however the management made the final decisions and had the ability to truthfully articulate the situation at hand rather than sit quiet.
i would blame failure in the bod, for the failure of this company...
No more placing great... now the bod have to make this work without mistakes or ODX is ova
i don't think they are aligned with sh interests now, so they probably dont actually care anymore..
we will see what happens next in terms of Omega's financing...
that's the goal, make it as unprofitable as possible for them so they pull out,
saves counting all the votes up! or Vote NO!
they need to stop trying to fornicate with me i do not consent, even if you chuck in the Vaseline, leave me and my money alone.
they are all in it together
"Simon Douglas, chairman of the company, said: “On behalf of the board I would like to thank Colin for his contribution to the business over the last six and a half years."
they all made money, they spent their hours reenacting the government, with their focus on becoming more like teflon rather than that of a successful Company.
if its under 5p, could avoid the votes altogether...
if the chineese have ownership of a uk diagnostic business, when boris says hes supporting the uk diagnostic industry it will ring true... all of a sudden those contracts given to the chineese, who own the uk diagnostics...
will start to prosper and grow, with the new equipment they will be able to expand to other territories,
who knows... OG is going to need the extra staff to cater for the extra demand, due to the local suppliers all going bust
now they can cater for the whole country with limited competition
it preety much is the best move at this point Okehurst1,
dilution of 77% is not acceptable for any SH
you will never not be able to buy here, lol
i held here quiet a few years ago, when this sp wasn't in decimal places, this has been a shocking company from TCF gas predicted to a load of coal on results + water look at the history here, they have never delivered any promises, not for shareholders to get a return from anyway.
careful if you say our ex ceo left to join his buddies @ orient gene, you might have a defamation case!
i have voted no for the placing, I am interested to watch what happens... no point selling now
We as investors shouldn't take all the punishment....
ideally you are right, the but world we live in nothing makes sense, always seems to be a way out.
using political examples Boris vs kier starmer in regards to the jimmy savile comment.
that was a direct personal allegation(defamation), yet it will get blown over?
Hows Fiona and shrek, i wouldnt touch this one with a bargepoll
Theres an omega share holder action group with the sole focus on renegotiating the placing/blocking it, right now its going to be 77% dilution for holders, but if it gets blocked, chance to change things around..
defamation is a little tomaatoe, tomatoe, always seems to be wriggle room.
but sure they are valid points.
In most cases, speech which relates to the company shares, performance and future prospects, particularly when exercised on the various online investment forums, would be considered protected speech if the statements convey the genuine opinion of the author. But even speech that is clearly designed to manipulate other shareholders, and to encourage them to either buy or sell shares in a company, this might still escape liability for defamation even if the defamatory statements are deliberate and even if the intention of the author was to smear. There are, however, situations where a line is crossed between protected free speech and defamation and this is where the defamatory statements contain personal allegations of corruption.
odd's your one of my locals, haha
im good, enjoying the wind today!
already watched a trampoline fly past me LOL
oh look marik is back, any heads up on placings for other companies, want to open a short.
guess we should all buy now mariks back

Voter suppression is a strategy used to influence the outcome of an election by discouraging or preventing specific groups of people from voting.
by free trade not allowing you to vote they are suppressing the count, make sure to call your brokers and let them know that they are required to help you vote, if they have a nominee broker which holds the shares they have to put you in touch so you can find the resoloutions required.
Colin Made us a profit of £600,000 for alva! without him where would we have gotten the money!
£600,000 new money! wow! well that the angle Boris would spin it anyway...
Definiton for Piles.... haemorrhoids, or in laymans... Cuckfold Colon Kink and friends.
i want to see them suffer, would be willing to buy more shares just to get extra votes in,

fHuck Em!
the ball is in our court they can only wish and hope on the sides - the illegal trades they are making through friends/family
is colin king still being paid till the end of the year? (allegedly, according to insiders~)
omega diagnostics could be a huge short squeeze as forward sellers get caught out, as shareholders take the company back from the bod, blocking the placing and showing them whos boss...
game stop comes to mind...
