EIE, I think your statement is very true indeed. Although depending on the company/s that are interested, would they not want this cleared up before an offer ? Would voting rights matter ? For me it had no berth to sale process but it has been put to bed.

Interestingly, from RNS it is clear moving forward that any dispute for the owners of said shares will have no effect on EUA as this will move to a civil case between Q&M and any parties disputing, which is a great move.

There is no mention of costs or compensation which I’m sure if there was, we would need to be told.

EUA followed all guidelines and laws throughout the process, protecting all shareholders so I have no complaints.
