Problem is we won’t be aware of many reasons ( some of which would never be put into the public domain).

Strategic ? There could be a number of reasons ( agree with or not ), preventing ? Or other ?

As a shareholder I want to know the status of the business of course, again let’s see what the next few weeks bring in relation to news.

Del, I agree completely shareholders should be told regarding mining at WK, you would have thought that NDAs would not prevent this ? But what other reason/s for not putting this out there ? I have no clue at all, but hopefully this will be out in the public domain over the next few weeks with AR & AGM upcoming.

Other parts of the business I.e MT , are not worth spending monies on currently with sale of assets the top priority ? I would agree with such strategy, WK will pull more than enough monies in to carry the business through however long to sale of assets.

Del, WK was stopped seemingly plausibly for Tax % , now that has been pushed down ( since start of the year ) they are now carrying on with such from what we have seen.

I’m very doubtful WK was not being mined ( or not extensively ) due to sale strategy.

They will be carrying on as “ normal “ irrelevant of sale strategy.

Del, there doesn’t have to be a hold up ….no bids received ? Bids received ( unbinding ) per se not up to scratch etc.

Eua were at the court hearing as a “ neutral “, this case won’t have any bearing on any sale of assets so I don’t pay much attention to this ongoing saga.

CS will want voting back in at AGM so without news it could be tight, let’s see what he has up his sleeve.

Del - 30/6 which will land on weekend so 7am Monday will be allowed. Hopefully they don’t leave it until then.

There were no delays last year so would be very surprised if that was the case this year.

Not a fan of SP Angel or JM but maybe his chatter regarding #EUA was more of the regulator just will not let the company release much information at all, so JM pushing some “ facts “ out there isn’t a bad thing.

I would prefer an RNS of course but he won’t be shouting out non factual statements.

The dividend interview a few years ago was very close to the Russian invasion of Ukraine so was possibly factually correct but changed for obvious reasons.

No punishment has come to SP Angel for such so must interpret as factual.

Del , you honestly think that CS currently unable to sell assets ( so far as we know ) is complete failure ?

With geopolitical issues currently ? The company cannot make any person/s/companies bid for these assets.

not sure why any notice of agm would be talked upon yet ?? they have until first week of july to call this, with 21 days notice.
