If you look at the incoming company valuation £2bil , yes it will before you say no it won’t , it’s irrelevant of what they want this for but boss owns 30% here so a RTO will make him millions simple as that . Now go abs do some homework on figures if he does RTO here with shares here also , figures available for Gold shares , profits etc to give you a estimated valuation.
