Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I’d agree with you there. I use IG for my spread bets and also ISA trades in HZM. I still have position with HL in my SIPP but they have driven me crazy in the past. I’d have either of these before HSBC or say Barclays.
Excellent RNS and great to see the tin concentrate and recovery rate rising. Nothing we can do about the price of tin but let’s hope it returns to its highs. Great to see the expansion plans foe Phase 1 are on track also. Well done AV.
Tradeslin, the very words I was going to use, pigs in a trough.
Management at this company stinks!

Antelope, I agree with you. Reading this I see it as our stakes in DA and other companies would get diluted if when the deal was completed.
Oh and by the way have a physical and spread bet in TERN.
Hi 1509, great result for Wales yesterday, I was at the game and fantastic atmosphere.
I think your numbers are out on a few. AGL ended the month at 147 so feel Bojo might be close to being winner.
I will go with
SAV
ARCM
CMET
Thanks for arranging once again.
Totally agree Antelope. I am not anti the deal per se. I think a deal of this magnitude needs explaining to TERN shareholders so we can see the synergies in the enlarged companies along with expected uplift from the new investments. Should nothing be forthcoming it will be a “No” from me.
Well market unimpressed and down 12%. It’s a great deal for Pires shareholders, getting a 53% uplift although they will see the TERN share price drop. As for us TERN holders we see our personal stakes in DA, Wylde, FundamentalVR etc eroded.
AS is like a kid in a sweet shop and needs to explain the value in the deal to TERN holders. If he doesn’t, I will have to think of where my EGM votes will go.
What level they raise at, if they do raise is impossible to compute at the moment. If you look at Sareum (SAR), when some HNWI invested they did so at close to the SP. The share rallied as it was a positive to get the company closer to market rather than just to keep the lights on say like ODX.
Hopefully AN can get great terms if needed from any II’s as they would not be able to buy sufficient in the open market without moving the price. Let’s see what lies ahead and I did a small top up at 143 this morning.
Ah sorry my misread so the £7m is extra firepower for FundamentalVR to drive the business forward. Having a new investee in it, along with a drop in ownership by TERN to 20% is nor. I guess it depends on the new investee, undisclosed so far, what they bring to the table and hopefully not just cash. Time will tell.
Exactly! The muted response I fully expected after the same thing with another holding SAR. MM’s pulled the bid down to 138 (6.9) in old Monet effectively from 7.3p yesterday ro try and suck in cheap stock. No shocker there.
