I was referring to the second RNS where shares were issued as payment to the company broker Hannah & Partners in the second RNS.

Yes, rather annoying. With cash in the bank after the last raise it would be nice to see AV using it to pay creditors rather than issuing shares. He has a sad habit of doing this.

20% fall on an approx 3 month delay but an RNS that included positive news. That’s AIM for you. Onwards and upwards.

Antelope, we want the same thing which is fair value for our investment in TERN. The EGM is on June 2nd so cannot see how the company would be allowed to change the resolution with people having already voted. Should it get voted down and it gets into AS’s thick skull the reasoning behind the vote.

Should an amendment be proposed, and the board were to agree to certain parameters for any fund raise. This would require another EGM so a delay. Sadly should this hinder TERN, the blame will fall with AS in my opinion.

There is no default option to amend the motions. You either vote “yes,”, “no”, or do nothing in which this defaults to a “yes” vote. How do you propose amending it?

Anyone on ADVFN or Telegram that can forward the details to get the proxy voting form?

For this looking to vote on the possible equity raise at the EGM, Ed proxy form is not on the company website. If like me you have shares with IG the they need the signed proxy form 7 days prior to the vote. Others like HL will let you make a secure message via your account.

Oops meant shorters but they are shooting down the SP.

TERN’s weakness continues this morning. The RNS saying that they want the ability to raise funds which wasn’t passed at last EGM has spooked the market and brought in shooters. Sadly the company was previous for doing dilutive share raises in the past.

Am happy to stick with TERN but on another note nice to see SAR up 22% today. Need to break through 3p and then target all time highs.

Yes nice start to the week for ANGLE. So glad I have these in my ISA and SIPP now. Even my spread bet I don’t intend closing anytime soon.
