SENX is my largest holding of circa 750k shares, followed by RDGC (currently suspended till AGM) & G3E (de-listed).

The more I research this share, the more I’m liking it. The area of gas & oil field acreage they own in Romania is massive, let alone the sites in the other countries. Richard Sneller knows he’s on to a winner here.

Letter received in post today, dated 05/01/2021 from The Share Centre:

We are writing with reference to your holding of 26000 G3 Exploration Ltd shares to advise you that, following the suspension of trading in its shares in October 2020, the company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled.

As a result of the cancellation, there is now no formal market on which to trade these shares.

The company had also announced that, as of 13 October 2020, Alexander Lawson and Christopher Kennedy of Alvarez & Marshal Cayman Islands Ltd were appointed as joint official liquidators.

We will update shareholders upon receipt of any relevant announcements from the Liquidators.

Under HMRC regulations, if you hold G3 Exploration Ltd shares in an ISA, you are required to remove the holding from your account within 30 days of the delist becoming effective. Our Technical Team will contact you shortly to provide you with your options.
