After reading some of the posts on these boards I find myself needing to go and do something grown up

Just having a quick nosy through oilers and I know comparing market caps isn't really any indication of anything whatsoever at times but....had to laugh when I saw the mcap for UKOG compared to ours. LOL (childish but c'mon!)

Yes it's a lot, a hell of a lot but it's making UOG money regardless and so was a good acquisition, else we'd still be losing money.
That drum along with warrants has been banged so so many times now. If you're invested then you should know this prior so to keep going on about the government take suggests to me due diligence was not done before investing. Jees. We've gone from loss to profit, good news after good...chill or sell

Ya'll bickering, I'll just sit with my popcorn from now on reading and waiting for the inevitable to happen which we will all benefit from. I've just looked at several peers and also total random companies and the disconnect here to SP compared to some is insanely flabbergasting, it really is. You can fault BL all you want, but you cannot deny he has delivered "mostly" good news...throughout a pandemic may I add, not something many small new companies can do....and even some old companies for that matter.

The bottom line here is we are a growing infant company, we've gone from loss making to profitable yes, but we're not banking it, we're re-investing those profits for future growth, we will only be appealing to savvy long term investors as you can't make a substantial quick buck here as the herd aren't bothered. Yes, other shares rise on the sniff of good news just like I'm sure would here if we announced a farm in, ( woo hoo Jamaica being the be all and end all) but it would soon drop again....patience is all that's needed. My opinion fwiw is to concentrate on Egypt, we know what's there, Jamaica, we do not.

This isn't a share that will catapult us to space in a day, that appears to be what most people are seeking, a quick in and out if you like. For me the money here is Egypt, at least for now and we are actually now a profitable, self funded company with no reason to come back to the market (like many are). That in itself is a landmark and where we need to concentrate, Jamaica is a nice to have but potentially a huge waste of time...develop EGYPT and lets grow together....UOG wasn't built in a day ;-)

Jees people stop whining at each other, not everything is a conspiracy, you're wasting precious KB of space on a server, fill it with relevant facts of this growing company and reasons of why to or not to invest here...that is all that matters.

GH, I could not agree with you more, I've somewhat learned that over the years, but Levi makes good points and just tells it as it is. I see both sides from an outside perspective but the end goal remains the same for both of you and I. I firmly believe that and respect both of your general opinions

Levi, GH and anyone else for that matter, we're all here for the same reason, have differences of opinion yes which is healthy but we all agree, and we do..... that bar some miracle this will reach its full potential at some point...else we'd all be posting on some other board surely. We're on the same team, chill and I'm sure come 2045 we'll all be happy :-)

The SP simply doesn't reflect the news flow and it's no wonder holders are suspicious, I'm seeing duster after duster out there, oil companies coming back to the market for raises, not producing anything and they have higher market caps than us, who are producing now and ARE PROFITABLE! So yeah, to me something doesn't add the f**k up but I still believe strongly...this will be a winner...it's just taking a frustrating trajectory for reasons unbeknown to the general PI.

For me, anything under 4.9 is a buy, if I was in your shoes I would hold or average down as this is a good, really good medium/long term investment.

Got back in here with a modest purchase today, JP upping their holding has me very curious

begins! I'm heavily up here due to averaging down over the last 18 months and having oodles of patience! Not selling a bean until we see at least 7p. BL is the one of the genuine BODs in this cesspit and people are now starting to realise, UOG is getting noticed so strap yourself in!!

Starting to get noticed now, confident we will see a slow but steady rise over the next few months

22nd Jan 2019 at 5p and averaged down ever since, this is by far my largest holding. I believe in this BOD, I've read exactly how Brian started this company using his own money and the passion he has is incredible. To make UOG a production company in such a short period of time is testament to him! We can't say they don't exactly deliver on their promises. Yes the SP languishing due to sellers around 3p has made me question my investment at times and Levi is right to question this time and time again but comparing this to other BODS and companies I feel confident we'll break this soon, today's RNS is a big indication of what's to come. We're all here for the same reason and I wish you all the best of luck.
