The problem is that people are too emotionally attached to the company in one way or another. Have a plan, you buy, you set you sell target and you exit. But you have to trade this share. Make your 1x 2x 3x whatever x you decide then move on but don't get emotionally involved. If you want to hang around for the highest price and trust the new team thinking this is the golden egg you will be left holding the keys when the lights go out. You have to treat the Parsons guy and team the way that they treat you. IMHO & FWIW
LT, I was struggling to remember that guys tag on iii but it has just hit me..Intoorbit! (or similar)
What ever happened to him? He was invested above his "you know whats" if i remember rightly.
LT, just passing through. What drama over your meeting it seems. Like old times! What do people want you to report back...inside information? Assurance that everything will be OK, LT said so because he met Alan? Then you get blasted and hounded when a curve ball lands or another delay!
Folks should just have confidence in their investment or move on, no drama, nobody will be upset, no need to be spiteful, just move on. Why would you cry over an investment that you have done your own diligence on and that nobody forced you to buy? Weird!
What happened to all the older crew, Ted and the team? New names on LSE now eh?
GL to all holders.

In my view for what it is worth, the issue will not be around an Oil spill. That would be covered by Aker in their Case for Safety as the operator. Yes they would be conerned but that would be later after the deal is signed off and the details about how they would operate would be known. Usually the sticking point of such deals is usually around the abandonment, what are the terms of the agreement and who will bear the cost.
I received an email from Simon this morning, which would suggest that he hasn't left yet!
Interesting find, what happened to the JV between Enegi and Advanced Buoy Tech? This is exactly what Enegi were looking at back in 2013/2014 with the Dundee Buoy. Did that die of death? These Crondall Energy guys are doing exactly the same, competition for us!
Do we know what production and storage facilities PVF have onsite Garden Hill when this well moves to production? Or do we know what are their plans? Has anyone spoken to the PVF team, are they communicating anything?
With respect LT we have PVF working it now, prior to that we had Blackspruce (I think they were called if i remember rightly?) and ENEGI themselves before that. I am 150% confident of the mother load, I just cannot fathom why the so called mature businessmen have not managed to do anything notable to date on NF for years.
I had high hopes for PVF given their local knowledge, just seems to be taking another eternity.
The mother load is the term used! They just need to crack on.. We will be in the grips of a NF winter again and that will be another excuse.
LT,
As you know I have been here since the dark days of the PAP well unblocking and flow rates years ago with ENEGI, I also know people who were involved with the well during the Hunt Oil days. I firmly believe that they know what is there that is why they are still working it. I am in agreement with you that there is more positive news from NF that will significantly underpin a new SP that is in advance of the current price. We just need to get this damn well producing!
IG
Thanks DB27, so the well test is yet to commence, any timeline given or thoughts on timeline? Disappointing to hear that it is hard to source equipment due to the lack of transport links, this was all known in advance. NUOG/ENEGI were suffering for years with the Infrastructure!
Folks,
Apologies if this has been covered but trying to get back up to speed with the current situation on the ground for NUOG.
I note the RNS in May that approval had been given for production testing on Garden Hill PAP#1-ST#3, I don't see any feedback on the production testing. Has this been concluded? In fact has it started? They quote 30-90 days for testing and given that the approval was given early May we are over the 90 days already, however did they actually confirm that the test has commenced?
Appreciate your feedback and thoughts.

LT, I have total respect for your energy around this share. I put it in the bottom drawer hoping to see something but I am still at breakeven. NF is still going, that seems to have taken an eternity! How many years ago did we say that this needed to be moved because winter was coming and the logistical problems! That must have been 5 winters ago!! :) Even during the Hunt Oil drilling they thought they were close to the mother load...gosh if only it's true!! You would be well minted (pardon the pun!).
How have things been since Tej stepped down? What about Nigel? I had a call with him in his early days but nothing since. Are you still actively in touch with the team?
LT, Nice to see you are still here and involved. Trying to get back up to speed with developments, been focussed on other opportunities outside the share market. A cursory glance at the threads shows some interesting developments. Minty is still Minty though at the end of the day 😀
I will add my input when I am back on the same page as everyone else.
Take care, IG
Into, you among many are questioning their investment with Enegi. I cannot understand the silence, the lack of updates on NF is staggering. I hope a rabbit will be pulled from the hat but I just don't know where any increase in SP is going to come from. I invested in here believing in the NF story, in a well that just needed a workover and here we are now no further forward and a good 3-4 years older and much poorer! I'm well p'd off!
