Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
I have Bloomberg so don't pay for it
maybe an institution wasn't impressed and wanted him out. Now buying shares.
2m @ 16p helping the opening auction
Surely if investigating an issue they would need to announce this. Cant see it being because of drilling issues. Strange timing though
Senti how is that comprehensive? No details of how many bonds have been sold, just that the USD should be the first to be completed. Could mean 50k in each and 100k in USD. No production numbers. They now need income to pay the interest and stop issuing shares.
After the close prints are usually trades executed throughout the day. Try speaking to a MM after 16:29.
Blue eyes yes I thought that that comment was aimed at CA
Findahappyplace then you need a decent broker and not an online £5 a trade one.
How can you not buy a share that has 24k on the offer (at time of typing). Keep it real
Sorry long and short major shareholders??? If you have a major interest that is known then if you short some (which is just a reduction of the long) they would need to tell the company if %'s are broken. Do people read their posts before pressing Post??
Jointhedots I am also a believer that Tice does not BS but he has lost a lot of credibility by saying on the 29th that they know of no reason for the recent drop in share price. Then a week late boom. Maybe he doesn't see that the markets would take the info badly. He has been involved with a listed company for long enough now.
ICON used to have a similar MCAP. At the moment which MCAP is more realistic for current situation.
FSA15 so what is the lowest price that they can legally issue shares at?
Positive regarding revenue being generated but the funding and change in share value not good. Means that they can smash the price down to 0.01p and still issue shares. or am I missing something? Also what is the incentive of the management to get the price up when they have no real skin in the game. Am in too high to sell so its either get a nice spike up and minimise the loss or wait till wipe out. Hopefully the former
Whichwaynow it is usually the bond holder that decides if they convert into shares. But yes pointless if above the market price.
Well a hedge fund increasing their position by 1% is not bad.
For fall in share price. They learnt a lot in a week. Seems that people that are not on the Board knew more than them!!!!
Oilhead then there is the issue. If people do not understand then they are easily scared into selling.
maqsood7 I think it is safe to say that the £1m contract will never happen. How DS can say these things and not get his collar felt is a joke.
You really read that as positive? Talk of another Plug? More delays! reviewing the budget. I am not an engineer but I do not see many positives.
