Far as I can see, from the 200 million Pen tokens available. Only 51 million so far distributed. If there are other owners other than Satoshi of these Tokens, it is mentioned nowhere on the Net I can find.
If SatoshiPay is the Creator and Owner of Pendulum and Minted its Tokens, which it is. It owns them, till they are distributed and or Sold.

So far, as I have said, only 51 million dished out, circa a 12.5 cent valuation attached.

Capping Pendulum Tokens at currently $25 million.

I cannot see why others would be distributed and not Mentioned or RNSed.

I need to research more as I will have to increase my exit price if ace is correct.

On another bb Ace Ventura is having a conversation with Nico our largest shareholder about the tokens:
Hi Nico, you asked how I worked out we ( I guess you mean Blu, owns 149,000,000 tokens) Blue do not. But satoshi does.

200 Mill issued, 40 mill (20%) sold for $5 Million, 11 million (5.5%) given to Advanced Blockchain for brokering the deal.

So

40+11=51-200=149(millions)

Satoshi owns 149,000,000 Pen Tokens Still.

Blue Star owns 27.7% of Satoshi and 27.7% of 149,000,00

Equals 41,273,000 .

These 41,273,000 Pendulum Tokens are not directly owned by blue, but effectively owned by Blue. By way of Blues % stake in Satoshi

If you are right and sp owns 75pct ,if coins are worth 2bn which some crypto’s are worth them thats 1.5bn worth and 27pct to us is 400m so without all our other assets that’s 8p for Blu !!

Anyway 0.38p still looks a tad too low considering Dynasty and Satoshi BOTH look so exciting.

Not sure on what basis you purport to speak on behalf of the majority of shareholders who will exit after Leap. The major disposals so far starting with Nuuvera and you can look up the profit on that one and EMMAC are both cannabis companies sold by Lorne. You might not like the sp of Yooma at the moment but it is following the same acquisition strategy that has proved very successful in the past. If you are off after Leap monetisation that’s fine but there will still be good money to be made in Cannabis and the other investments.

Mark discussed the likelyhood of a bid in his last Share Magazine presentation. The early part of 2022 seems the most likely before the financing is sorted. The following was posted on another bb today:

'By March 2022, the La India open-pit mine should be what the indus-
try calls "shovel-ready". With permits to construct and operate the
mine, all the land cleared, a processing mill already in place, and an
analysis of the financial requirements, Condor Gold will effectively be

just this initial open-pit mine, but the option to open another three
such sites, as well as the potential for plenty more activity in Condor

Also remember that Satoshipay’s Dtransfer business can utilise Pendulum to facilitate rapid expansion of its international Money exchange business. This is a very exciting opportunity.

It’s a very good presentation from Mark and some useful information in the Q&A. Very good progress has been made this year and I think he is working on shortening the timeline to production. Clearly toll milling could still be possible and a very clear message that a bid is increasingly likely. I think 2022 is going to be a very big year for Condor and personally would welcome a bid just to get us noticed even if we turn it down.

Well worth reading the IC article on DeFi as it shows how Satoshipay, Dtransfer and Pendulum are perfectly position to have a key role in the rapidly developing DeFi sector which will massively disrupt traditional banking and international money transfer. Not that long ago Meinhard was talking about unicorn status being achievable with less than 1% of the current marketplace. It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas!

Currently Up 14.5% to 0.395 on volume of 46 million. Looks like 0.4 will soon be gone.

Mkt cap of 17m is a joke when Dynasty is probably worth most of that and with lead and Guild etc worth the mkt cap

Question is what is Satoshi Pay worth ? It’s a free punt here

Now up 14.8% and back to 0.35. Looking like a very promising afternoon.

Now Up 11.5% at 0.34 on volume of 115 million.

If as seems a distinct possibility one of the worlds largest tech companies bids for Dynasty you would want to be fully invested. You would think they would strike now before all the work on the IPO. Clearly it would need to be a big number for them not to go down the IPO route.
We then turn to Satoshipay and Pendulum which have the potential to dwarf Dynasty.
Looking forward to the next news from both which could land at any moment.

It is not necessarily the case that an offer would be a 40/50% premium to the current share price. Far more likely to be related to the value of gold in the ground both proven and probable. You can be sure Mark and Jim Mellon would reject the first scenario. A bid is increasingly likely with each day that passes and I think we all know that it has always been Mark’s preference to sell before production. If it’s sold know there is no need for further finance which would dilute us all ( including Mark)

Just go back to basics and look at our investments. We know where Dynasty is going and it’s underpinning of our current market cap. We then turn to the potential of Satoshipay and Pendulum and clearly that is not recognised at all in a market cap of £16 million. Yesterday’s rise was just addressing a massive undervaluation that has been plaguing BLU for along time. I have been almost a lone voice on the bb’s for years saying give Satoshipay a chance to develop its new business. There were a number of posters attacking me for my stance and trying to rubbish Satoshipay. They advocated its sale at any price and attacked Meinhard. Interesting to note that a number of those posters have suddenly become Satoshipay’s greatest fans.
This week is a turning point and good luck to the long term holders who have stuck with BLU through its dark days.

There were 63 trades today from a volume of 1.3 million taking this Up 11.25%. Interesting to note that 50% of the trades were in the last 30 minutes of trading and the last trade was the high for the day. It will be interesting to see what happens at 8am tomorrow morning.

Now Up 18.4% at 29p on volume of 212 million.

Stena Don currently underway heading towards the coast of Morocco at 3.8 Knots which is on track for its ETA when it set off of 23.59 today. It is possible that some sells today are to fund purchases at 7p in the open offer.

What this tells us is that the whole gold sector has taken a fall in recent months. The derampers continue their work at a pretty high level of activity for such a small share trying to find fault with Condor. However the reality is that the fall is not Condor specific and when the sector recovers so will Condor.

Up 25% on volume of 286 million. The confidence shown in BLU’s potential by our 2 largest shareholders has sparked some serious interest in this share taking it to number 2 on the Leaderboard. We are now in reach of the high set at the beginning of November. This rerate should have a lot further to go as we await game changing news.
