There has to be a TR1 because that trade is about 5% of the company. Only the 3 largest shareholders have more than 41 million shares.

It was at the mid price of 19.50 no not showing as a buy or a sell. We will have to wait to see if their is a TR1.

Regarding the 100 to 150 million valuation of Dynasty this is what our largest shareholder posted yesterday:
“Rumour was that Dynasty was worth 100m to 150m on a float so if tech wants us I think 200m to 250m is a distinct possibility.

Fingers crossed as we would be worth double our mkt cap on that and that’s without Sp and all out other investments”

Not a surprise but good to see it confirmed that the open offer was oversubscribed and the new shares go live tomorrow.

It was 15p in February this year without any Leap sale. You haven’t got a clue . Stop this pathetic deramping, no one is taken in by it and you are just embarrassing yourself by posting it.

The Performance and valuation section from the Interim Report is also a useful reminder of how the company has actually performed in NAV terms and shows the ridiculous discount to NAV at which SEED currently trades. Well over due for a rerate not least because the Leap IPO or earlier sale will blow the current NAV right out of the water.

The Company's Net Asset Value ("NAV") per share at the end of the period was 10.98p per share compared to 11.72p at 31 March 2021 primarily resulting from the softening of the listed cannabis market. Although operational progress has been made by SEED's cannabis-based investee companies, the soft nature of the current market has resulted in majority of key listed cannabis focused stocks being flat or down on the year with respect to share price. A good example is Yooma Wellness, with the market price down 50% over the reporting period, reducing SEEDs carrying value by $2.5 million (£1.4 million) to 30 September 2021, which has been the main driver for the reduction in our NAV. Since 30 September 2021, Yooma's trading price has further reduced from CAD$0.70 to CAD$0.24 as at 30 November 2021. This has been driven by illiquidity in the market and is, we believe, well below the real underlying value of Yooma, particularly when examined against its forecast sales in Q4 which creates an impressive annualised forecast run rate of US$20m giving it the potential to be one of the largest companies in its sector.

One of the tedious and pontificating derampers was asking what had been achieved in the last 12 months. So here are some facts about SEED which are the six months highlights from the Interim Report:
HIGHLIGHTS

· Positioned to capitalise on strong market fundamentals with global cannabis sales predicted to grow 41% year-on-year in 2021, to $31 billion

· Formally completed the sale of stake in cannabis business EMMAC Life Sciences realising a gain of £1.9 million, a 1.86 times return on the original investment

· Invested €3 million in Eurox Group, a revenue generating, German based European vertically integrated medical cannabis company, to provide direct access into the largest cannabis market in Europe today

· Made a second new investment in CiiTECH Limited, an established research-led cannabis healthcare company

· Excellent progress from investee companies:

o ASX listed Little Green Pharma acquired a fully operational GACP cultivation and GMP licensed medicinal cannabis asset in Denmark

o South West Brands launched two consumer brands and indicated its intention to seek a London listing

o Yooma Wellness raised $9.7 million, dual listed on AQSE Growth Market and made three acquisitions including two of the largest cannabis deals globally in the last few years

· Positive developments in investments outside of the cannabis sector including Leap Gaming, which is looking at a stock market listing in H1 2022

· Appointed experienced sector analyst, Alfredo Pascual, as Vice President of Investment Analysis

· Evaluating a large number of potential investment opportunities

· Notable advances from Juvenescence, which is very well funded for future development having raised $50 million in a convertible loan note and is exploring a London stock market listing

Everyone particularly Mark has been disappointed with the share price performance this year as we remain very undervalued against our peers. However CNR is not alone as it has not been a good year for most gold companies and gold has drifted lower.
We now look to 2022 as CNR gets ever closer to production having achieved several milestones this year. Further funds have just been secured( which has unfortunately not helped the sp as it was raised at 35p rather than the 50p First Majestic paid) to complete the Feasabilty study which will facilitate the raising of finance for this year’s construction phase.
As we start to look at the financing options any big players would need to make their moves. Mark again in his last presentation has discussed the likely hood of bids. Personally I think that has always been Marks preferred exit and it would remove the financing and dilution issues.
The second option which I was reminded of today by Greatland Gold rising on an announcement that Newcrest were exercising their option to purchase a larger share of a Joint Venture, would be a Joint Venture. It could be a JV or just taking a large stake in return for financing it. We have speculated on Rio/Calibre and First Majestic but there are several possibilities.
As a long term holder I believe the next few months will be very interesting and transformational for the company and it’s share price.

I am afraid I have to disagree with you about the ‘fun’ video. The person being interviewed was full of repetitive waffle that was not on topic, he didn’t answer the actual questions and only promoted a royalties company he is invested in instead of junior miners. They had sent him a mug with the company name on!

The plan would be to sell the surplus to Europe once Morocco has been supplied at the agreed price.

With winter just beginning, European natural gas prices have once again reached record highs, as worries grow over potential supply disruptions because of tensions over Ukraine or from cold weather.

“We are literally at the mercy of the weather for the next month or two,” said Henning Gloystein, an analyst at Eurasia Group, a political risk firm.

On Europe’s main trading hub for natural gas, the TTF in the Netherlands, futures are trading at their highest levels in more than a decade and are roughly eight times their value of a year ago.

Around $41 per million British thermal units, the gas futures are priced at more than 10 times what gas is selling for in the United States and comparable to about $230 a barrel for oil, figures Laura Page, a gas analyst at Kpler, a research firm.

In front analyticals comments on CNR being undervalued against its peers:

Let’s note that Rio2 has a market cap that is double CNR’s £45 million probably because Rio is listed in Canada which tends to value gold miners more generously than the UK. It is a great shame that we can’t make more of our Canadian listing. CNR as we know remains very undervalued against its peers.

On a morning when global markets are a sea of red it’s good to see BLU go blue recovering its opening fall. Currently Up 3.9% on volume of 26 million.

Those posters of a deramping inclination mentioning that it may be another 2 years to production are failing to mention the very distinct possibility on a successful drill of an offer from one of the big boys. Europe is going to be desperate for gas and one of the big boys might fancy fast tracking it with the much higher gas prices now being paid.

The reason for 7p is the recent placing which raised £7.5 million for the company with another £1.2 million to come next week from the open offer. I am pretty certain that without the placing the sp would have risen towards the 14p suggested by Simon Thompson. But in those circumstances the company doesn’t see any of that cash. It seems to me that the recent placing is a big vote of confidence in the success of the drill that is now underway because the only way the Investors who received their 7p shares last week can make a return on their investment is by the shares going up on a successful drill. A shrewd move by the board and I think we were told some II’s had bought.

Well worth watching that video about the mine in Chile that is in a very similar position to Condor believing it has 5 million ozs and almost certainly double that. It will start producing in a year building up over 1 year to 100000 ozs and is preparing for construction. It suggests CNR is going about its task in exactly the right way and also mentions that mines like that often get bought out at this stage before any gold has been mined and for big money. They referred without naming it to a recent transaction for something similar had been at $1.2 Billion.
