RE: Production License26 Jul 2018 18:14
Perhaps some of you should read the Planning Statement for the present application to be discussed on the 8th. I have inserted a few extracts which are quite clear on what is going to happen. It is quite clearly an appraisal well.
"Furthermore it was confirmed that any future production of hydrocarbons from BRX4Z would also require planning permission. Accordingly this Application is being submitted in order to regularise the situation and allow the appraisal of the BRX4Z well so that the Applicant may make an informed decision upon the future commercial viability of production from the well.
Application for the Retention of the BRX4 Well, the Regularisation of the BRX4Z Sidetrack, and the Appraisal of BRX4Z Using Production Plant and Equipment Within the Existing Site, for a Temporary Period of Three Years (Part Retrospective)
........which the Applicant wishes to appraise as a future production well.
In order to allow sufficient time to complete this process and, if required prepare and submit a planning application for longer term production, permission is therefore sought for a 3 year period."
