News will not change anything, it will make some fluctuations. If BBG says tomorrow that UFO will be the new partner of amazon or Tesla. Will this change the sp more than 10%, the answer is definitely no. The sp will move only when this happens, it means actions what do the real changes and not the news.

I see a 10:1 consolidation which means the SP would equal 10p as a negative point ? That means as a shareholder we could have more risk when the share price goes down (for example when it fall down after consolidation from 10 p to 1 p) ?

@copperman; It doesn’t matter if UFO is traded up on red or green market day. Look please at Amazon, Microsoft, Tesla etc. and see how they are doing on red days. The Progress and achievements of a company are more important.

This will make no share price move. I am telling you even if the solve or gold price reach the 1 m $ the share price here will never move. The share price will move when this company finally do something or even anything; extract, examine, find, buy, sell, product or even dance. UFO please dance or learn dancing. If UFO make consolidation and I believe it will do it then it will be wood here !!!!!
