The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
What’s difficult to reconcile is, why did he resurrect this? Everyone had written it off, moved on, learnt lessons etc. Was/is he that skint!? How much would he have raised off market?
was it that ***** loon on twtter who seems to spend every waking hour going on a crazy tirade using several different twtter handles, yet says he’s invested?
How would you know this PointZ?
Any “game changing announcements” would need to be released as and when they happen, so just expect the latter!
I wonder whether there’s some quid pro quo involved with the silence. We want BKT to deliver the infrastructure and they probably don’t want us to start announcing our intentions to start mining soon because their investors might start getting jittery & want to explore how costs could be brought down by us, which delays their operations? Might be complete rubbish, just throwing out out there!
The only logical answer is if the “sale agreement” specifically states that payment follows announcement. But if ABH is a legal man he wouldn’t/shouldn’t have ceded this much power to the buy side and insisted payment follows Deal completion
Isn’t there usually a drop dead date, or deadline, in legal sale documents after which the deal/NDA expires or costs are payable to the seller? Otherwise things will drag on ad infinitum?
And you’re the weirdest spikeyj! No one understands why you’re here
Why do you need to wait for the next instalment spikey? Apparently you’ve nothing to gain or lose here, so why hang around like a bad smell antagonising people?
Maybe because if this comes good, ABH goes after TW?
That app was developed 4yrs ago, and I don’t see a direct link unless I’m missing something.
I have a strong suspicion that spikey is jaknife is TW. Or someone very close
Spikey, do you know jaknife on advfn because you sound very much like him?
HITS do you hold shares in this Cloudtag then? I always thought your continued presence on this board a bit odd, given that most of the shareholders who've posted here in the past have long since moved on and put this one down to experience. I just categorised you as someone with a superiority complex and with a love of their own voice. However, lately you are mentioning whether you would support the EGM or not and using the "we" term quite a lot - which seems to imply that you have a stake in the company?
Just been filed for y/e September 2017. This is the main UK subsidiary, presuming that Cloudtag Active was wound down. GBP 0.812m owed to the company, mainly attributable to recoverable Corporation Tax. Anyone got an idea what this recoverable amount was concerning!? On the liabilities side, CT Tech owed GBP 5.089m to the Parent (Cloudtag Inc), and about GBP 1.418m to various other creditors. Heaven only knows what the accounts of Cloudtag Inc is showing.
Hopefully with the BoD also owning shares they will do the right thing by RLH shareholders.
If its dead what happens...divvy up the cash?
She posted all of that on Twitter? How many characters do we get on Twitter now!? Is Jamie Bligh aka Aberdeenman or Mr Selfridge per chance? This does feel like deja vu!
"The Acquisition is subject, inter alia, to the completion of due diligence, documentation, shareholder approval and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the AIM Rules and Takeover Code." When will "shareholder approval" happen then?
Is that an option? My understanding was that they need to re-list within 6months or they’ll be de-listed. Given we’re only a few days away hopefully there’ll be a grace period for the EGM motion? Re-listing won’t be quick or cheap.
