The True deal killed the excitement in this share stone dead. But we were quickly promised Nitrogen, CO2, ED, Helium & DTU revenues. Currently we’re just recycling some water, which is ironic given our money is evaporating! Well I’m sure RP is still earning well. Rant over. GLA Highlanders.

@will even with booked reserves bank financing is getting harder for oil E&P companies. Until cashflows are coming in to service the debt, banks take a hard and risk averse stance. There are specific Reserve-based lending avenues but it's difficult when a company don't have a well in production to demonstrate sufficient comfort for a lender. If a placing is required then so be it. I've no issue if it's value accretive. This is how AIM companies expand to get into the position of production. So many posters on here don't understand this, and also the timeframes involved with developing the oil field.

I have to say the quality of posting on this BB recently has never been lower.

I think Bergen have been quite restrained in their selling so far. Of course this allows the SP to recover a bit so they can maximise their return. I think as they get nearer to the end they’ll be more aggressive as they’ve made most of their profit and have no interest in the long term price. So don’t be surprised when this happens.
