YA know a £1.5m drawdown is coming and after 30 days can convert the loan principal to shares based on 92.5% of the average 3 lowest days VWAP during the 10 days preceding the notice of conversion. Having seen the grip of DSF finance concerning YA on other shares I would think this will be held down for some time I'm afraid. The funds will need to be re-directed to remedial works and there's going to be a delay on good news emanating from drilling operations.

@rocky - if you put money in ANGS with it's lack of corporate governance and DSF from YA about to take hold, you need your head testing. IMO

See my theory that someone has a daily sell order of 30m shares. They appear after close time-stamped the day before. Have a look at around 16.45pm tonight & I’m quite confident you’ll see Fridays order appear. Once this profit taking stops we can move up on the intraday trade activity. I might be completely wrong of course

I've no problem with the guy taking profits. I would think it's a reasonable strategy if you're in that deep and sitting on profits. People just need to realise what's probably happening and not to hit the panic button if the next TR-1 show's a lower position!

Just been doing a bit of research and we've had late trades reported totalling between 20m-30m each day since 25/1, totalling about 125m. I can only see as far back as 25/1. I would guess there'll be a late trade on Monday with today's date of about 30m because we seemed to reach that amount of volume in favour of Buys before the tick-up in Buy price. So this gives extra credence to the fact that a large holder is profit taking (and I would expect a TR-1 before long if it's you-know-who).

All buys today, so I guess it depends on the level of profit-taking that SunOil is taking

Cheers gkb47. So approximately 4m v 2m in favour of Buys over there. Which leaves a worked sell (& I’m not going to repeat my theory) or MM scare tactics. If the latter & no-one is selling they’ll have to let it go at some point.

On the trades shown here I would say 25 are Buys and 2 are Sells. Not sure if NEX trades are shown here - if not, maybe some large sells there. Otherwise there's possibly a large sell being worked in the background. Or MM's are trying to accumulate.

I’ve no issue with the guy based on twitter Heid. Maybe an acquired taste but each to their own. If he’s made a mint by trading on AIM then fair play, well done. It’s the behaviour on here that I find disappointing, and I suspect I’m not alone. Anyway, fingers crossed we get a decent result here. Not long to go!

With a fawning posting history as SunGod generally along the theme of "Chris Oil is doing this", "Chris Oil is doing that", "look at what Chris Oil thinks". Then read the posting history again knowing that HE IS Chris Oil.

Page 38 of the last annual accounts pointed out that Saffery Champness were perfectly fine with the contents of the accounts and their 3 year engagement process ended with the publication of the March 2018 accounts. Standard stuff.
