A very strange move there from 175 to 169 on the SP. You would have thought income funds would be in buying the stock since the Div is assured. Has to be a decent seller in to move it like this the day before numbers. Lets hope the sellers dont know something us longs dont.

The stock is likely to open at 115p. Now trading below its cash value of 118p. Once all the hot money is flushed out it will be down to fundamentals again. Also nothing stopping people coming in and buying a stake like an acitvist firm and shaking up the BOD. Cant see what hiring PEEL is going to do for them. They dont need cash and Peel salespersons and researcher are very quiet out there right now. If the bid was circa 180-200 that did undervalue the company but at the same time the market thinks its value is below its cash value. if you are buying it here you are getting the business for free. Load up

I wonder if they had the take the price that was on the table. The fact they hired a joint broker was a desperate attempt for the new broker to try and raise funds in my opinion . All the rumours the last few weeks and the dip in the SP suggests they were kicking the tyres for a raise and there was no appetite. The only ones making money out of Avacta is Heights Capital with the CLN deal they did. There is still £28m debt outstanding on the CLN. They wont be repaying Heights in cash and there will be further dilution all through the year.

The only hope holders have is for some company to be crazy enough and buy them. I would like that to happen but the chances are slim.

Disappointment comes all the time with this company.

If the RNS is to be belived yesterday and the people pushing the name and talking of funding north of 50P (hard to belive) is remotley true why hasnt the SP traded up at least 100% from the news. The market doesnt belive the MOU and we have seen plenty of MOU's not worth the paper they are written on. I really hope it works out for holders as I dont like to people lose money.

But how many CEO and small cap companies tell us what we want to hear only to screw it up and take our money lower.

Great to see the directors buying above the warrant price. This is going to be a titan of the market. Its only starting to get going now. I can't see us hanging around on Aquis much longer. If you look at Sir Chris Evans track record you will realise you are getting into EDX at a great level here. With his friends constantly opening their cheque books and paying up for the name its poised to move much much higher now. 20p next stop.

I will be glad when you eat those worrds. They have over 5m in cash in the bank. When they get the green light from Petros they will likely annouce a partner and the farmout. This asset is in great demand. Lets see whos wrong and who is right. Also the warrants are expiring at the end of this month so there is big pressure to get good news out now before they expire.

They have raised at a premium everytime they have come to the market.

The stock is in very sticky hand with people lucky enough to pick them up on the last sell off down to 5p.

Destressed seller dumped them on the market rather than placing them with the compnays help.

I dont think they will be staying of Aquis much longer.

Management should be ashamed doing the buyback the way they did. They dont care about their investors. They used it to take a certain holder out most likey due to pressure from the seller. The buyback should have been used to pick up stock on certain days when the stock looked cheap to the previous days weeks VWAP. They need to cancel the stock held in treasury now so that the dividend will not go back into the companies shares held in treasury. This is why the stock is trading at such a discount to NAV.

The board should have been fired when they looked for the 100m reg capital as there was no need to chase the banking lisence until they had the software proven and on trial. They blew this share price up from 25p to 1p on the RNS's they were putting out mentioning the money needed in every RNS statement. It looks like they have now got things in hand and there is no way they would raise below 10p but how many times have we heard companies saying that before. You take the money where its offered not where you think you will get it. From this being a write off at the start of the year it has made my week seeing the SP action. Well done to those who got the cheap ones last few days. Doesnt seem to be any of the major holders selling

Freefloat is so small in this it can easily get to 6-8p

This is the start of the management team getting their ship in order. The Riverfort funding was at a silly level and you would imagine they have done a great deal with Piraeus Bank. I really feel the team are going to deliver the goods and win some big contracts going forward. Canabis stocks are back in vouge in the US and there has been some major moves in the sector YTD. If you look at the volume that has traded since DEC 1st 23 (47m Shares. 38% of the company. But lets divide that in two as the market maker buys and then sells them. Still 19% of the company). There has been big sellers exiting but news buyers are soaking up the stock. You can only think its one of the main holders that owned it when it was a shell. Now that the funding question has been answered and NO equity raise needed I am looking forward to management delivering the goods. I really think with the right contract annoucement we see this into the teens.

I have never seen a company let the market know in advance what the potential is on their incoming asset.

While we all know that the management have screwed up and should have checked the credentials of the fake buyer before going to the TO panel.

As everyone else is starting to get uncomfortable holding. The real investors have been adding daily as JBER SING WINS MREX all have been hit by retail brokers.

I think this will be a billion-dollar company. The asset will be snapped up by one of the oil majors operating in the region.

The dumb money will buy with the herd.

tom admitted the other night that evil banksta was behind the short in upl and he is using tom as his hand puppet to try and move the stock lower. guess what? its not working.

the compnay tried to reach out to tom the other night to set the record straight but instead of tom listening he decided to **** off the company and use the communication as click bait.

here is what they are saying this morning.evil banksta described at sharestock how he takes mrs banksta on numerous luxury holidays funded by his winnings from shorting and then spends all day in front of a pc plotting his next swoop on some overvalued promote. and as such ,from a five star hotel somewhere hot and warm, i have received this message about upland resources (upl) where the banksta is short. i have no skin in the game but the great bear says:

The MMs tried to open the stock down around 3p and tried to put pressuse to get holders to sell. What the didnt expect is the size and the quality of the buying that came in. Still some people this is a pump and there is not subatance to it. How wrong they have been and how much more pain is due in the coming weeks as more and more poeple get exicited about the prospects ahead. Shorts were selling as they thought once the warrants were exercised they expected the holders to sell what they didnt expect is the warrants were most likely forward sold while the bigger investors just ended up holding their warrants and buying even more stock in the open market. The management really seem to be in control of their futures here. Hopefully everything they think that will happen will fall into place.

Lots of buying into the numbers tomorrow. Not eveyone is as bullish out there as there seemed to be some bears around at TWs conference at the weekend. Cash as of June was $13.6m lets see how much of that they have burned through.

Totally agree I have bought stock as low as 3.8 and as high at 3.99. I think the risk reward is very good at these levels.
