Be careful what you wish for.
The last time your moaning get to this level, you bought another 100000 plus shares - or so you told us. If you’re being consistent, that may happen again before you know it...
you know you love this stock.... ;)
Hi Terry, I’ve been looking up at SIPP really closely and I’m aware of your advice from before.
What will happen if one exceeds the total limit (just over £1M) as a result of your holdings multi-bag?
Will the extra money be disbursed to your bank and be taxable at that point? Considering share prices go up and down — is there a time factor in that (eg it can stay in SIPP holdings for 2 weeks or months etc)?
Are you familiar with SSAS — for stocks investing purposes?
Sorry too many questions.
Yes Seeing and Smokey. The next obvious question whether we’re going to be paid in the same way (via Tier 1s) and contract value should be announced the same way.
Hungover announced Qualcomm tie ups a couple of days before but interesting that they didn’t have a demo with Qualcomm according to Cenkos.
SEE won (Runner up?) an infotainment awards at Autosens. Perhaps it’s the same tech being offered as part of Qualcomm solution. More money to see??
I’ve been reading this again and again. Seems contradictory — highest performance and cheapest and Nick’s statement — depending on how you read it.
Xilinx new deal Brings the cost down.
Perhaps also if you want more (eg,HUD infotainment ala Qualcomm system) You’d have to pay more. Any thoughts?
“The newest variant of the FOVIO Chip solution, optimized for basic Euro NCAP systems with the flexibility to support ***the most advanced DMS requirements, now represents the highest performing, smallest and lowest cost, driver monitoring solution on the market.***This solution is further enabled through Seeing Machines' ongoing innovations in highly optimized embedded neural inference processing for FOVIO-enabled versions of Xilinx Automotive Zynq-7000 SoCs. SVP of Automotive, Nick DiFiore commented: "Driver monitoring plays a key role in next-generation NCAP requirements and safe assisted driving. Seeing Machines has industry-proven automotive DMS technology that provides true safety outcomes. ***While NCAP is always associated with the need for low cost, many in the industry are also realizing that performance and effectiveness cannot be sacrificed to reach the goals of improved driver safety***."
That’s a comprehensive coverage. Frost & S can surely sell their reports for thousands just from CES. Even market researchers are continuing their research and so should we if we want to be ahead.
First time I’ve heard of Cerence (apparently Nuance spin off). Qualcomm, BMW, Veoneer, Bosch all having a mention (all our collaborators) — future is looking bright for our little company.
Jc, you must have a patents of a saint john. ;)
Thanks for all the hard work.
And JC + TLS exchanges for helping us make sense for some of them.
Rings true with what CB said last year about SEE becoming an IP-based company — was it in one of his correspondence with Menon, if not mistaken.
I just noticed the key difference between SEE and Jungo (2 days ago) Qualcomm announcements is that — SEE have been working and Jungo is going to.
And SEE system integration function sounds more impressive than Jungo generic DMS, in cabin etc.
Can we cope with influx of RNSs after this?
“o US$1.1 million of transaction costs covering the re-domicile of the Company from Canada to the UK, the Company's capital reduction to improve our ability to pay dividends, and other business development activities.“
... to pay dividends? Why mention ability to pay divi? Interesting.

Thanks Lewbo. On this video from watch from 50:30 and you can see a familiar DMS by the steering wheel.
Some mention of V2V — another bit that someone was asking about.
Haven’t watched till the end... there may be more interesting stuff.
