Currently £7 in very worse case scenario probably down to £4. Reasonable best case in a year or so £15 . £3 down or £8 up your choice. In the current environment I am an out and out bull but then I am in a lucky position of being able to absorb a temporary dip to £4.

Easy to over simplify, given forecasts that range from 5k to 15k at what level would you set it. They don't really know what they have, it hasn't been audited/inspected/validated in decades. If it is set it to low will the market see it as a floor or a target. Given that we do not really know how much China really has it would also give them a get out of jail card as well. It could destroy Comex and paper with ramifications to the financial stability of the western world. I could go on, it ain't that simple.
