I am premium member of Stockopedia as you might know from a few of my recent posts here.

Stockopedia has a measure on each share showing its percentage of Institutional Investors....Director Investment and (Stockopedia) Community ownership.
Recent good news and more media attention coupled with increase stock rating has caused the Community measure to increase from 32% to 37% in the last week or so.

As my previous post the share recently moving into the sites 'Bargain Stock Long play screen' which would also help.

New investors are buying or existing investors are increasing their holdings.

Cossy I seen the same Article on Stockopedia today were this was taken from....hopefully investors start taking notice of the potential high reward at getting in at this ridiculously low SP.

I see AMC have quickly improving stock ratings on Stockopedia and now has fallen into the one of the Long play ‘Investment Strategies’...the report is also showing a much decreased chance of bankruptcy. Hopefully this attracts a few more investors and LTHs to get this SP moving.

Adam’s impressive interview today confirms the following...

1. The BOD are actually exploring ways of securing financial income that avoids further placings as Per their AGM promise.

2. Fears of Placings and being screwed over should be eased and and binding off take is months away.

3. We now know we have a intelligent businessman man on the BOD, if there was any doubt before, an expert in his field leading the Company forward towards TEO and BDS.

4. The company is thinking of their stakeholders such as us normals PI’s and they want to reward our support.

Let’s get rid of the negativity on the Board and support the companies drive to takeover and final reward for all shareholders.

I can see a blue Friday and weeks ahead.

Should we have heard something by now regards the EGM?
Surely if it passed we would have heard with the meeting being at 10.00am.
I would assume that they would have known beforehand how it was going to go with the Votes coming in through the week so an RNS to inform the market would have been prepared once the formalities of the EGM were complete.

Adam comes across very well. He has a strong background in such deals, even more importantly, in Russia. I am sure he will be a key if not central figure in any final takeover / post TEO deal.

His very appointment alone means Amur mean business and I would imagine he is working very hard in the background to make sure any potential off take agreement plays out in shareholders favour.

Let’s hope we see the fruits of his labour in the coming weeks and months!

It was impressive and makes you realise that Amur are actually sticking to their plan.

It they need extra shares to secure a copper off take / streaming agreement then give it to them. That is what they said they would do. Just as recently as late last year they were telling investors that is what they would do. Let’s not jeopardise this project by voting no in the EGM.

He constantly used the words ‘we will achieve etc’. It was very positive. Not once did he say ‘if we can’.

They said they would....

- Achieve their TEO in December (haven’t missed any steps yet)
- we would secure an off take for copper and other by products (in process)
- we would time the mine to come into production to coincide with a huge nickel deficit/shortage (looks a near certainty)

This made me realise that there is no point worrying about current share price apart from counting your lucky stars you got in at this current ridiculous low SP.

One worry I had was the mine being in Russia and possible underhand tactics to take this away from them. He was very positive about the Russian government and I was impressed with the incentives and tax reliefs they offered mining companies. He referred to the location and jurisdiction of the mine as ‘perfect’. Mining country right beside the huge Asian markets.

Another day and another blue day :)......roll on next week!!

Surely AMC will have no bother finding a partner to abstract their copper….providing them with a secure cash flow.

Myself and 3 colleagues with a combined 4.5 million shares will be supporting the BOD on this.

Slow day today.....let’s hope for some more good news.

Given how quick they released the RNS regards potential mergers, joint ventures following the good news regards the copper I would not be surprised that we get another one soon enough.

I think people have lost the true message of the last RNS and concentrated on the ‘new shares’ item too much. Not surprising given the long history of this.

Hope Adam has been hard at work and is itching to show off the fruits of his labour.

I think they will want to offer further reassurance of progress to shareholders who are worried about the potential of further dilution.

Fingers crossed.

Amur announced yesterday....

‘The ability to generate a separate copper concentrate should materially and substantially impact the economic potential of the project with the recovery of additional revenues related to the payable portion of 9,182 tonnes of copper per annum.’

Will Chinese companies now be looking at Amur’s copper.......given the geographical location of our mine.

Judging by this and other articles the demand is huge....

An interesting article I came across in today's FT regards a Post Pandemic Mining world and how mergers have allowed the industry to survive and thrive.

Maybe AMC have a major card up their sleeve.......

Two interesting paragraphs.....

'Mergers and acquisitions have taken a hit because of coronavirus but one bright spot is mining where there has been a flurry of deals, many of them involving smaller gold producers.'

And......

'Moreover, the most likely targets for the sector’s big groups — major independent copper producers such as Freeport-McMoRan and First Quantum Minerals — are not in distress and would demand a massive premium from any suitor before they would recommend a deal.
“You’ve just got to ask the question, why would our shareholders consider selling now,” said Richard Adkerson, Freeport chief executive.'

Why are people selling with so much potential around the corner??

Lets hope for a good day’s trading.

Given how close the bid and offer opened up at yesterday morning how do we know the 27.5 million morning trade was not a big buy? Someone loading up at a stupidly cheap rate?? The market maker system does this all the time showing buys as sales. If this was this case it could be interesting days ahead.

If it was a sale I think we would have fallen much lower and would not have started off with a (slower than I hoped) recovery today.

When is the next drill results?

The share is on a slow but steady rise with zero news. It’s 5 years since they were granted the licence to mine Kun-Manie. Maybe they will announce something soon to reward those loyal investors hence the massive increase in volume out of the blue. If it turns out to be nothing then it Is very strange indeed. I think the 75 million shares are well rinsed through by the stage...there was decent volume since the placement but nothing like recently.
