Fast-food giant Burger King is to relist on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). It follows the announcement that its owner, private equity group 3G Capital, is to sell a 29% stake for $1.4bn (£881m) to UK-based investment vehicle Justice Holdings. Once the sale is complete, Justice Holdings' shares will suspend trading on the London Stock Exchange. Shares in Burger King will then be floated on the NYSE. This is expected to take place within the next two to three months. "Core NAV of 201p"..!!!! Is this share the best kept secret or is there a catch which I haven't found yet..? 07/11/2011 – My last post about the original placing price @ 95p that was a con. The company agreed something like 99% shares to themselves to 1% for the government on the original deal. Then you wonder why it gets suspended after other government officials kicked off. Now we read on the bb since then about a ten bagger? What has MOIL done since it came back on to the AIM, nothing.. Hence the posters every other month trying to figure out why nothing is happening. They can have all the acreage in the world, but until they do something with it, its stale mate. Don’t forget that peeps are locked in here at the very price original placing price, beware before you jump in of 10 baggers etc.

I didnt know you has shares in SER, i must of missed your posts.. Sorry for jumping in your posts but having a look around and came across your posts- im offshore & not a lot to do on a Friday night ;-( If you read the SER bb l put up a couple of names last weekend and one of them was RADG and it has gone from 10p issue on 20th Sep to today price of 56p and just keeps going ??? I think it still has legs but check it out yourselfs AST is a sea of buys today and @ 2.30p to buy (bottom was on the 7th @ 2.27p) with drill results to come over the next couple of weeks.. Worth a look I have one more l have high hopes for but will post that later in the week, strong company, everything in place & Market value: £35-£40million .... With only £6 million shares in peeps hands .. Im looking to 100% on just peeps buying in on the strength of what they have to offer ... Have a good night guys ................. So it seems to me that there's considerable merit in a suggestion made in the weekend press that investment bankers' fees be tied to the subsequent share price of the companies that they bring to market, post-flotation. For at the moment, their work is regarded as done on the day of initial listing, when the company has been floated and its shares can be traded on the market. Simply put, they have no financial interest in what happens subsequently.
