...he has only been linked with boring industrial product companies to date, which basically (screws, peripheries, nuts & bolts bizz) require absolutely no spotlight on production ramp up's, co-op partners, future vision, TALKING to your marketplace & shareholders on a regular basis.
I feel JW "assumes" he is the master of timing regarding all RNS releases, and unfortunately, just because he owns a substantial batch of stock, is convinced his timing is immaculate and couldn't be improved on- I am not convinced he is right-and FD Bostock is just his financial 'nodder' , no personality, no drive, never any additional input to Wilsons 'still waters are best' information approach.
His first interview with shareholders & investment companies as newly announced CEO (at the then AFC Energy) brought out the comment:-
"Now that's a little punchy" -as a disappointed shareholder aired their views, well John, maybe that's exactly what your missing, become a little more openly "punchy" - and inform your shareholders about relevant corporate developments outside of AGM window space.
I feel you still have a lot to learn, but hey, prove me wrong with pleasure....starting with a corporate interview with our future S&P partner (get over yourselves being more important than the market itself)- now that would be effective marketing, whilst we the shareholders, could get some trust instilled, that you may indeed be more than a paler version of Adam Bond (without the Aussie accent)
