The official number of court docket records to-date is 161, and the case awaits jury trial later this year.

There will be excellent support amongst existing and new shareholders for a significant fund raise of perhaps £200 million to fund the first billion of orders and from what RM has stated this should immediately follow results. I see no reason for any joint venture provided adequate relations are maintained with existing suppliers. The model path is similar to Biontech, and the only benefit of a partnership is perhaps a streamlined pathway onto a Nasdaq listing, though I feel this is unlikely and if we can go it alone with a fund raise, this would realise maximum shareholder value possibly into a tens of billion buy-out with forward forecast earnings in excess of 1 - 2 billion. This year Biontech managed earnings per share in the range x9 - x16 with net profit of 55% revenue resulting in a market cap range of 67 - 122 billion dollars, peak share price at 466 dollars in August.

Should synairgen succeed, the potential is to follow a similar pathway but at a reduced starting position, so any where between 10 - 30% valuation of Biontech is possible. One has to think BIG and what RM was thinking in 2018 when he cited an $8B acquisition was based on the Copd market and not covid. The Asthma and Copd market from sources online state market valuation in excess of $50 billion in 2022. Think really big and you win big.

We were informed home trial results in 2 - 4 weeks from a reputable source. Synairgen recently contacted my wife for her 90-day check-up after being on the home trial. This came unexpectedly and has been added to home trial for gathering additional data for long covid.

What this means is Synairgen should definitely be announcing home trial results anytime in the next two weeks.
