Riflemans, when you are looking to raise a significant portion of the Mcap of a company, that's the only way to attract interest. It should hopefully be the last placing as we'll be generating meaningful cash from assets very soon so no more dilution.

That figure was (1.09896011 to be precise) is quoted in the same RNS you were quoting. So stop trying to mug off the same people you are 'trying to protect'.

Flyer, all those months ago when you used to say 10p everytime anyone asked what the price could be, did you ever think it would or were you just being a bit silly? We might just get there!

I get you HITS and I wouldn't mention it but you like to talk about how you deal in facts. Writing off a 33% or even 13% difference is very convenient for the argument you were trying to make, not factual.

If the shareprice were to fall by 13% or perish the thought, 33% today, would you, Mirasol and WG mention it?

This week is going to be fun, I can just feel it. I noticed this morning as I was getting the kids ready for school that HITS very conveniently claimed that in buying the remaining assest for SFB we had almost DOUBLED the number of shares.

He/she normally prides his/herself on the application of basic maths and yet thinks a 70% increase is 'nearly doubled'.

Come on HITS, you're better than that, aren't you?

Sage, I'm not disagreeing that the share price hasn't befitted from the horrible situation in Ukraine. But ANGS are not still in business as a result of it.

Sage, I'm not sure about your comment about Ukraine there because ANGS haven't benefited from that yet. I suppose you could argue that Aleph agreed to the deal to buy the rest of SFB because of the hedge benefits but that didn't HAVE to happen.

You asked some very valid questions Croc. This should be much higher and the reasons quoted by SL and Baits might be behind some of it but we cannot overlook ANGS fatigue here either.

I'm not talking the company down as I think what they've achieved since the turn of the year should be commended, despite the delays that some will now point out. However, the market will be slow to react as a result.

You also need to factor in that the share price went as low as 0.6p not too long ago so there will plenty of people happily cashing in on what they've made already.

I'm not concerned for his feelings but approaching it in an aggressive or rude manner is not going to encourage him to be open about what went on.

It needs a professional approach to the right questions to ensure we get the answers we all want.

Back to the point British made, it is important that those in attendance are, whilst rightly questioning the BoD , careful with the tone to ensure we get as honest an answer as possible.

We don't want Maris turned into a wounded animal!
