Excess warehousing in Hirwaun sold to the Welsh government for £3.1m plus a new institutional investor on board with circa 4 million shares obtained.

The warehouse sale is up for offers around the £3 million mark (Hirwaun) so along with the recapitalision money we may get a special divi this summer, fingers crossed.

Insurance and telecoms have had a good run lately so I'm hoping it's now the turn of house builders over the next year, I've sold out most of the for mentioned but still hold a few PHNX, BT and VOD.

I've piled in here and TW over the last month and hope for a nise rise going forward, if not I'll just carry on reinvesting the dividends.

A 3p rise to 43p for final (63p total) would be a 5% rise yoy.
