MS is not going to acquire iomart. MS will likely partner with them for things like datacentre space, ahead of building their own facilities if the market they are interested in is deemed too small to build a large facility. I have some insight in the requirements MS have for things like datacentre space, even in small markets (Manchester for example) they will build 50+ racks for 1 project, high density. At MS scale you do that 2-3 times in 1 city and then it may become attractive to build your own facility if other large operators, such as equinix, have limited capacity.
MS "partners" with every MSP.
Although it then seems to fall back a few days later, will be good if it sticks...
Good US jobs figures also
Covid pill? Some leaking news?
Will be great to see this get in to the 60's again and then beyond, this is a holder for me
Daft share price over reaction, UK property market is not like Chinese market, contagion IMO will be limited, if any. The price was responding more to the constant streams of doom from our media, about 3 day working weeks, lights going out etc etc
Was hoping for a bit more of a fall today to be honest, give me a more compelling reason to top up. But I have reallocated some funds from profits in a few other shares, moved a bit more in to Gamma.
I made the move in to this stock some months ago, happy to hold for medium term.
Nice to see some solid day on day gains, this is one of my largest individual holdings, holding
What's driving this? Just some speculation or some news leaking?
This is in oversold territory now...
Hold ones nerve!
Positive again after few days of sliding
Construction PMI is over 64 now...
I've been adding over past few weeks, expect this to get to 100p within months
I've sold, 22% gain...
Really is intriguing to think what would be happening to Codemasters share price right now in the absence of the takeover offer. Would be it closer to 600p or would it have never got above 500p
I've sold just over half the stock, was sitting on an over 100+% gain, would be rude not to this close to xmas!
What's left in is a free investment now, if another bid takes it a bit higher great, if the original bid goes through and I end up with a small take two holding, great.
