Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
xulu (joined LSE 3 days ago - already more posts than PREM has shares in issue) 75mill is a wet fart compared to the 8 BILL in circulation now. I wonder when GR will be asking to increase ceiling past 9 BILLION
Dear oh dear. How many billion shares need to be issued? And at what price 0.085 or 0.85? No more newco? I thought long suffering holders were relying on that and others would be locked out of circum? When is the meeting with MOM? The roach couldnt run a bath and hasnt 'delivered' a thing so lord only knows how he'll deliver gold.
I’m stuck in. Jesus I couldn’t pick my nose!
Well said blacksheep. For absolute clarity I am a private investor (a pi55d off PI down a fortune here). Anyone is free to trade a share from IT workers to freelance creative packaging artworkers to trading underwriters as DAS legal.............and have an opinion on the same.
ta ta good luck all genuine peeps
Here are some facts. Are you saying this is incorrect?
* RHA due to go into production in 2018 as RNS'd in Dec 2017 - it didn't and PREM was suspended instead
* sp value - eroded
* no cash in the bank (as per RNS Aug 2018 we are funded until Dec 2018 - its Jan 2019.....)
* dilution after dilution to buy shares in circum - where's the imminent value event
* imminent = not imminent
* 48hrs = 71 days (and counting)
* taking legal action = not taking legal action
crikey to think you actually believe a zim gov cash injection is right around the corner. I deal in facts
* sp value - eroded
* no cash in the bank
* dilution after dilution to buy shares in circum - where's the imminent value event
* imminent = not imminent
* 48hrs = 70 days (and counting)
* taking legal action = not taking legal action
Mark / Mitch - do some research and do not be ramped into anything
Any answers CF?
1. "The Minister has asked for some further clarification on the history of Premier's involvement" - Why does the minister need to know this and how does it affect possible sign off?
2. "The Minster has raised a number of issues" - what are these issues and how long will they take to reply / resolve?
3. "As indicated in the letter, the Minister looks forward to discussing the matter further" - discussing but not signing the ownership over?
4. "I am ready to meet the Minister at any time" - when George? when? 2020? 2021?

oh dear - more time needed; more clarification needed - Is 1 year of time not enough - at least he didn't ask for 48hrs this time.....
"ready to meet the Minister at any time that the Minister finds convenient." - Jesus George - demand a meeting already and get this sorted!
Couldn't have put it better chippy. People cannot see whats in front of them. Still being fed lies to this very day by the company. But hey lets keep our heads firmly planted up our rear ends and hope upon hope that jam tomorrow will finally come true.
