Babbler.. I am an ex addict. In reality people can go online but self exclusions are policed better by computers. If they recognise your Id then your account close. Shops well... they recognise barred problem gamblers but turn a blind eye. They will not ask a problem gambler to leave as you are basically a cash cow.
