White rabbits yes I trade about 10% of my holding to get my average down my average is now 84 p so 67 shares my not sound like much but it chips slowly at my average

The merger was completed ,4D has a Nasdaq listing ,Merck raised there stake,4D has cash for the next few years with options still there if exercised there will be more cash available,the share price went up today seems to me a good day for 4d and I sold some at 147 and bought them back at 144 so I now have 67 extra shares

It’s possible the institutions that are buying in the placement asked for the shorts to be placed on there behalf as they would have had prior news about the placement

Yes it’s hard to take not being included in any placement but I agree most of the placement shares that went into public domain would have been sold as sone as possible to make 10% and the share price would have dropped

We are in the red to day as the markets dropped if you look at loac yesterday they dropped late on in the uk day but 4d stayed up at 149 the drop was telegraphed from about 3 pm yesterday
