You are moving beyond the point being made which is, why buy now when there is no clarity on the level of dilution? No clarity on any discount being offered.

I choose to consider how things have progressed or not over the past year, depending on how i view it.
i have decided to wait, if that turns out not to work in my favour then so be it. But i will be in a position where i can make a decision as the situation becomes clearer than it is now.

Well exactly why would you buy when you don't have a clear picture in relation to the IPO.

The more you know about the possible outcomes then the better placed you are to make decisions that are right for you, Also if it moves in the opposite direction that you envisaged then you will have a reasonable idea of maybe why it has taken that direction of travel.

Hexam - To me dilution represents exactly what will happen, the number of shares will be increased as result of the IPO therefore diluting the value of each previous share before the IPO.

But people have asked about what the IPO means, some peoples responses have been inaccurate, others more reflective of the situation.

yes but at this point we are only doubling the water. there has been no clarity on tripling the orange content (and by that i am assuming we are talking about increasing the exhash significantly) as we already know about the facility.

Funding for growth necessary evil. But it has the potential for pain regards share price whether its Short, Med or Long Term time will tell.

Hexam - To use the word dilution is the antithesis of FUD, as you know FUD stands for - Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.

The up and coming IPO represents dilution of existing shares, this is not uncertain but certain, therefore removing any doubt. If you have correct and accurate information, at least then you have can make your own decisions based on the facts. As a consequence, helping to alleviate any Fear should it exist. Those that try to cause confusion, manipulate and misled others as to what is happening, are the real FUD spreaders.

This game is hard enough but at least with basic and accurate information at hand you can assess the situation, throw in the infinite number possible scenarios, and decide how it will play out and effect the share price.

Well thats how I see it anyway.
