how about the other Canadian miners that beat us to the nasdaq, it's nothing magical. Ended up pretty much the last to list.
yes they all do - but it is the price, timing, number and level of dilution, the value shareholders are getting for that dilution that counts, which is to be reflected in the share price, at this stage it ain't happening.

flowerpot999 - does that mean more added shares affect the share price??? i know that but some others on here seem to either want to convince others or themselves that dilution is a wonderful thing and that it doesn't matter.

Allin123 - Even if Riot diluted the whole $600m tomorrow ( highly unlikely) at discount you are only talking 20 additional shares (if that) at current prices. it would bring their outstanding shares to 120m max.
Given declared E/H over the next 18 months and the sort of BTC they could mine!
Don't think too many long term holders going anywhere.
