I`m sure we`ve all seen plenty of P and D`s over the years, and been spiked by them, I have. but I do not believe that is what we are seeing here. A majority of AIM companys eventually go to the wall, or languish for years, having multiple raises and constantly diluting the share value. EME has just secured 11 years of guaranteed sales and revenue, how often does that happen on AIM. Its MC is very low compared to the value of its resource and locked in sales. There may be a dip, but it will continue to rise until it reaches fair value, which is well above its current price

Its at the top of the leaders board by a very large margin, so must be on quite a few investors radar by now. As I said before, this morning is not your usual AIM pump and dump, this is a now seriously undervalued share, with a share in a resource in great demand, with guaranteed income and sales for over 11 years. Not your usual AIM share. GLA

Unlike so many other AIM shares, where you get pump and dump, this is a genuine and justified re rate taking place, it may drop back a little, but the SP can only go in one direction. Guaranteed income for 12 years, how many AIM shares provide that??. GLA

On 16 July 2025, Conrad and PLN EPI signed a binding GSA for all the gas produced from the Mako gas field to be supplied domestically. The GSA provides for a total contact quantity of 392 one thousand billion British thermal units ("TBtu").

· The contract covers the current Duyung Production Sharing Contract ("PSC") period until January 2037 and allows for the sale of up to 111 billion British thermal units per day ("Bbtud").

· PLN Persero is the Indonesian state-owned electric utility company, wholly owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises. PLN Persero has over 7,000 power plants supplying over 89 million customers and sells over 288,000 GWh of electricity annually2.

· The Mako gas price will be linked to the Indonesian Crude Price ("ICP"), an oil price index similar to Brent. The resulting pricing mechanism will be economically similar to the mix of prices previously approved for Mako export and domestic gas sales.

· 100% of the gas produced from the Mako field will be sold at the above-referenced price rather than the usual fixed domestic offtake price.

· The terms of the GSA with PLN EPI are confidential.

· PLN EPI will finance and build the pipeline connecting the main West Natuna Gas line to Pemping Island (~5 -7 kms) and onward link to Batam. Conrad will not bear any cost in relation to the construction of this pipeline.

· In addition, the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources ("MEMR"), has revoked its earlier allocation and pricing Directive to sell Mako gas to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk ("PGN") and Sembcorp Gas Pte Ltd. ("Sembcorp"). The GSAs with PGN and Sembcorp have been terminated.

· The GSA is subject to customary conditions precedent.

· Empyrean holds an 8.5% interest in the Mako Gas Field

Someone mentioned this share over on the PR1 Board, I cannot believe how low the MC is. With guaranteed gas sales for over a decade, this truly is still at rock bottom prices. A great find. Cheers and GLA.

JT71. The FCA seldom takes any action, goodness knows what someone in the square mile would have to do in order for them to act!!!. Financial Services reminds me of the Judicial system, you see the prosecution and defence Barristers having a go at each other in court, then after, they are found in the pub together having a good laugh. Hi all, judging by a previous fall and bounce, I see this getting back to around 7.8p on the next rise, with some very good news of course, hope I`m wrong and it goes higher. GLA

When this bounces again, probably by over a 100%, there will be mm`s who will make over a 100% and will be very grateful to those who sold them at these levels. Its not called the AIM Casino without good reason. Iv`e been caught out a number of times in the past, not again, not this time

I`ve seen this scenario over and over again on AIM, the SP keeps falling, PI`S sell at a loss due to fear of loosing a lot more (naturally). Then you wake up one morning and there`s a brilliant RNS, the share price opens 20% plus up, PI`S cannot get back in. You end up buying your shares back for 30% plus more than you sold them for the day before. The other is a large unexpected rise that starts several days before an RNS, and know one knows why. To me it is unquestionable, some people get wind of the release date of an RNS and its contents and know just when to buy. The game is rigged and anyone who`s been in AIM for a few years knows exactly what I`m on about. GLA

Anyone selling at these levels must have originally bought in at the lowest point or close to it, or they are loosing money, so how much further will it fall, or do we now see an up turn as the MM`S have got it to where they wanted it??

On the face of it and with continued selling, I agree. However, with the proposed listing in the States coming up and an expanded investor base and hopefully other positive news the slide may reverse. Given such a low MC and free float, this can do 50% in no time. I certainly hope the slide stops, I am somewhat under water. Cheers and GLA.

As I said days ago, financial institutions and the regulators work hand in glove. Legislation will be carefully worded to ensure that those at the top of the pyramid, always escape justice, but the subordinates will cop it. Its been this way for hundreds of years, the rich and powerful protect the rich and powerful. Occasionally someone is made an example of, or there`s a big stink, like the PPR scandal, just to give us a little bit of reassurance and maintain the illusion that someone is looking out for the little guy. Nothing surprises me on AIM, that`s why its called a Casino. I`ve seen stocks drop by 50% in minutes on AIM, only to regain that amount and then go up in price minutes later. The sudden large drop triggered stop losses and caused panic selling, then the those who caused it mopped up all the shares and made a quick 50% plus profit. GLA.

Hopefully, we are now bottomed out, the MM`S are satisfied with the price and they now expect to make a nice killing selling the shares back to PI`S at a much higher price.

As the trade was published after hours, its not possible to know if it was a buy or a worked sell, I strongly suspect it was a sell and follows the pattern of the last few days, hence the steady decline in the SP. Once this large background seller has exited, there should, I repeat should (as you can never tell) be a move back up. Cheers and GLA.
