Not selling just to help GC vote off this BOD! Period. Then we will have a BOD that has skin in the game. GC is not getting into a dog fight so he loses. The BOD will be doing all they can to tank this sp now and so they can buy in cheap. The problem they have is that placement shares! Who bought them. Clearly not enough for a TR1. Whatever happens, it is not going to be pretty. We have no choice but to back GC all the way.

JustAHobby - bang on the money. This is a **** fest and there is no other way of saying it. We only have one choice, and that is to do our best to remove the current board. This is literally a WAR with the shareholders.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the BOD will be asking LSE to suspend this BB. Thankfully we have all emailed Jonathan so he has a record of our names and holdings.

GC's alleged breach of the relationship agreement is a matter of opinion. However he is still the major SH with 450 of us. GC has enough votes otherwise he would not be calling a meeting. Fireworks time.

They will not suspend! The investors who bought the placement shares will be livid. You only suspend if there is a fraud. Clearly, GC believes he has enough people behind him to vote off the BOD.

If the SP tanks, I will buy more just to add to the voting rights

Early worm is doing well here. I'm not so confident the Bhukia deal will be resolved in the immediate future but there is so much going on here.
