Trying to put a negative spin on this is akin to saying liverpool, man city, and villas position worsens when arsenal drop points !

The spaceX IPO looks like a terrible deal for investors by virtually every metric imo. They get zero say in the running of the company and that's a red flag for me given the manipulation around the AI side, as is the seller. The same people who have/are being played ref Tesla will no doubt buy in in droves, it's their kings new clothes.

A solid set of results in trying times globally. In my view this is a well run company executing it's strategies in a timely and logical way. As an LTH I'm very optimistic here, it's my second biggest holding after GGP, there's plenty of similarities between the two.

Speaking as an LTH - if they wanted my shares they'd have to offer double the current SP for me to even consider it.

Anyone wringing their hands at the moment could do worse than check out the fundamentals page on here. Look at what happened between June 24 and June 25 and extrapolate the position to June 26. Remember the gold price when all of this kicked into gear, work out the current margins and the yearly average and maybe then you'll stop worrying. The projected PE ratio should tell you all you need to know imho.

Personally, I'm buying this "dip"...because in my opinion, that's all it is, especially given that we've dropped more than POG it's an unexpected opportunity.

On the plus side my daughter has just become a ggp shareholder in her new junior ISA at the handy entry price of £5.99. So maybe we will both get to one in future.

Perhaps you'd like to explain why an increase to just one of our costs is going to halve the share price, when our end product is still twice the price it was expected to be when the business plan was formulated ?... everything you write is illogical/untrue/unsubstantiated. As you're the go-to on the financials i've a question - Given that the pe ratio at financial year end 280625 was 7.7 (very low for the sector as you pointed out) - what do you think its likely to be end june if the share price stays around current level - say 6.50 ?

I bought into GGP some years ago at 18p, small stakes, It was a time when I was experimenting to see if I could beat the advisors I was paying in terms of returns. I also bought about 10 other AIM listed shares, of which only 1 other (OMI) has generated a decent return. The remainder are either dead due to manipulation (eg Joules) or complete basket cases worth a fraction of what I paid. A year ago I was really hacked off with AIM and decided to review what was left and never invest another penny in this cesspit. I read a few posts on each investment and fortunately read some well researched stuff by bamps and element (thanks guys) which resonated. The timing was good as i'd taken over running my own SIPP via AJ Bell because i was working less, had more time to research and actually enjoy the process. I'd also decided to major on mining as i used to work in the industry and it interests me. So I majored on GGP and went big enough to scare the hell out of your average IFA. It's paid off - but I'm well aware that it doesn't mean I'm suddenly a genius on this stuff. In my case there's been a serious element of luck (finally!) involved in terms of timing and secondly I don't have a young family to consider so could afford to take a substantial punt without it impacting on others if it went pear shaped. I'd recommend the link Becontrarian has sent you. Charles Archer writes well and talks a lot of sense IMO. Good luck!
