My calc of 25p didn’t include 20% for fees and taxes… didn’t realise it could be that high . So we’re close. Let’s hope DFS kick independent valuation up a lot. I’m not disagreeing with you but some of your wording has been confusing. We all know a buyer will be looking at paying 2-5% of resource valuation. Pritit will be made over years of mining. If resources worth 100billion then 3 billion price tag is ballpark area. That’s if we don’t go broke first . No dirt sold to date

There may be 100. Billion worth in the ground. That’s not how you value sale price of asset. Get real. To be honest any sale would be welcomed but in the current climate 20p is a good outcome

What part of 50% of an independent valuation do you not understand? Even if a buyer negotiated 20% off that a haircut will still apply

It’s 50% of an independent valuation which should use new DFS and JORC data . Assumes it’s $ 3 billion take off all deductions including exchange rate, 80% ownership, 80% divi to SH , fees etc. So you’re close to 20p divi . And it won’t re rate to that if a deal is announced
