Stock1 thanks for being polite,it's just as I said at the moment the boe is concerned about the housing market overheating ,so if there a crash in house prices could lead to pressure on the banks,it's only my opinion,might never happen,but I'm keep my powder dry,falky I don't see 17p at the moment so long as the heat in the housing bubble is kept under control,then there no reason with a return to normal divi,Lloyd continue to climb,but at the moment it's on a knife edge imho dyor enjoy the day.

This pullback I see is not healthy for lloyds it a great sign of weakness and fear,as the boe worries the housing markets are red hot,I will not be adding,dyor,this is imo.

Do you ever get that gut feeling,that something could be discovered a world changing formula that really does make a difference, could this be it what a coup that would be for borris and the UK,but hang on will they know how to hold on to it ,or will it be snatched up for a pittance ,and everyone left scratching there heads time will tell.

So why are the banks down,so now you know,it's the boe and the pra, going about there business making it great again,in some people's eyes,not mine.

They can't find the shares for them,and they not getting mine,so with only 148m in issue who and what price are you letting yours sell for?

Falky I agree with you that 50p is a long way off,the pra put the vice like grip on,and until it's released and lloyds are free to stabilize its self into the investors comfort zone,again me for one not adding any more and I suspect most income investors are holding back ,so stagnation and decay are the key words today, yes could be Sept even before the bottom smell off the pra begins to dissipate, enjoy your day the grass is green.

With total back peddling ,it caused a tsunami for trp,so will only head south until someone shows some direction from trp,leadership is now needed,can't rely on other companies performance any longer,it's time to go to work Mr leader.

Yes I agree with your observations, and have noticed also packaging has got brighter and bigger to help fool you in the toy department ,big box small content big price don't be fooled check it out first.

Looks like this is heading for a new low,June 2020 to June 2021 treading water in some hot areas,but it's action that is needed,is the leader in a comma or does he just need a boot up the jacksy to bring him into action,not much more one can say here without some kind of news,enjoy your evening.

Somehow I think lloyds have just too many shares in issue,there buy back has no effect,so inevitable consolidation must be on the BOD minds at sometime, so eventually a 1 for 10 could not be out of the question some time in the future maybe,leaving a more manageable size ,only a thought dyor enjoy the day.

Hi falky,time not wasted on the divi,it's all part of the grieving process, of what we thought we might of got,it's over now time to push on with future decisions ,regarding investments with lloyds and other banks,time will tell which way to go,but the next BIG crash when it comes will see banks sink to the bottom,see how the PRA handle that when it comes,enjoy your evening.

When I say LOST OUT I'm referring to all holders like myself who if they had paid the may2020 divi would of recieved at the time 2.4p per share,and continued if they had wished to hold there shares,with a bit of cash in the bank to spend if they wish too,no one could of predicted the drop to 23p but I reckon the PRA decision helped to put it there,imo I bought in so it's ying and yang to me or bitter sweet if you like,lessons learned enjoy your evening everyone,

As much as I don't like it,I have to agree with lti,the pea did cancel the dividend and lloyds board went along with the pea and cancelled it,not much we can do about it,but as lloyds are well aware of the investors discontented it's up to them to put something in place to console and heal the wound,best of luck all long term holders and those who LOST OUT.

So the dividend went from suspended to being cancelled did it,I never noticed any rns to explain the reason for this ,ah well life goes on.
