The gas,its how to extract it,at what cost ,how long will it take to get it to market,and where is the money coming from ,or how much to exceed to a jv if there's interest, then there's how much gas will there be for how long,is the area safe to operate, then how much off taker ie taxes ,cost delays etc. to think of a few,enjoy the day.
