The link here to City Energy and their local authority delivery scheme tells me that there is potentially a big gov. contract incoming.
I am adding down here and getting the average down. I am very surprised we have ticked this low.

Should any of the said projects roll out this will be north of £2.00.
Good riddance to the quick buck merchants - let them get topped and tailed.
I'm holding as a small percentage of a portfolio and adding down here.
I agree with some on here - there needs to be more communication.
The stock is starting to find a bid - reinforced by the new stakeholder. From experience, you must notice when any new investment joins the party, particularly within a similar sector.
Chart looking better, and the MA point up. I see 30p soon on no news with the subsequent RNS bagging.
I was asking myself why Nick Pritchard has taken on 10%? Perhaps, he, like me, expects government investment in the Freeport site or...there is another gov. contract for the boiler tech in Wales. Better still, both.
UK gov. will have to be seen tackling fuel poverty and, in my opinion, will be throwing millions at it. We have an exciting few days, weeks and months ahead of us. 15million shares! Even more now in sticky palms, including RP and NP. I have built a percentage, probably like a few others on here and have no intention of selling for a quick profit. Perhaps even a few Korean buyers are incoming.

Looks like the MM are scumming their 200,000 they got lifted on Thursday back. IMO avoid the noise - big things are going to happen in this sector and I have no doubt developments are taking place right now with regards to City Oil/Proton technology. I expects positive announcements very soon. GLA
Good to see RP being proactive. For me SNT is a far more exciting prospect than this time last year. Pull this off and we bag. I am confident something big is going to happen very soon with City Oil/Proton. I would also be interested to learn of any developments in the US as we have heard very little since they set up over there.

....In addition, CEO Jung said, "The British government and SNT have expressed their wish that Doshi Oilfield Co., Ltd. not only provides technology, but also promotes the participation of Korean investors." He continued, "It's like signing a huge export contract with just one coffee project, and considering the ripple effect of tens or hundreds of times the value of this, investors will have both hard-to-measure profits and an eco-friendly corporate image that cannot be converted into money. "He said, "If coordination with the UK progresses to some extent, we plan to conduct IR for domestic investors.
International Attorney Ham Dong-hyeon, who is in charge of external cooperation at Urban Oilfield Co., Ltd., said, "If the coffee project proceeds, the first industrial revolution started with the coal industry, It is a case in which our unique technology can be exported in reverse,” he predicted.
I've translated for all to see. IMO, and if we get the slightest hint of any gov. getting involved we bag. Multiple times. GLA
Codenamed 'Coffee Project'
The British government has entered into a strategic adjustment of oil supply and demand as the war between Russia and Ukraine halted oil imports from Russia (10% of total consumption). The most important policy among the adjustment proposals is to replace imported crude oil by constructing a 'waste plastic treatment and crude oil production facility complex' that produces diesel oil using huge amounts of waste plastics that have to be incinerated, landfilled or exported. SNT (Sabien Technology Group plc), which has an exclusive sales contract for urban oilfield RGO technology in the UK, urgently proposed to the British government a project (code name 'Project COFFEE') applying urban oilfield RGO technology, The British government launched a full-scale review of the plan to change and install an urban oil field RGO facility at the site where the pyrolysis process was to be introduced. This suggests that urban oilfield technology can be a very effective solution among many attempts on waste plastic treatment and resource recovery.
The official name of the code name 'PROJECT COFFEE' is 'City Oil Field Facility in Eastern England'. This project introduces and installs the RGO facility of Urban Oilfield Co., Ltd. with a capacity of 5000 tons per day in the eastern part of the UK to treat the overflowing waste plastics and vinyls across the UK. The plan is to replace the import of Russian crude oil, which accounts for 10% of the amount used.
Urban Oilfield's RGO technology can produce naphtha (naphtha) required to make existing plastics, as well as diesel kerosene and other oil that consumers want. The project was proposed to the British government by Richard Parris, the chairman of SNT (Sabien Technology Group plc), which has the exclusive right to sell urban oil fields in the UK, who got the idea from this fact.
The photo below shows the location conditions of the (candidate) site to be used for the coffee project. It is directly connected from the port to the factory by an underground subsea tunnel, making it easy to transport plastic and vinyl waste from the UK and all over Europe. There is an already in use waste storage right next to the exit of the tunnel, which is already loaded with a lot of plastic waste.
Jung Young-hoon, CEO of Doshi Oilfield Co., Ltd., said, “The eco-plant is an industry that produces crude oil without creating any environmental problems at a much lighter cost than the heat treatment (incineration) method to deal with the problem of waste plastic and vinyl, a problem in many countries. If built in the UK, the symbol of the revolution, it could immediately spread to any country in the world, giving us confidence in a fading future and the hope of reviving control of our lives.” emphasized the symbolism of
In addition, CEO Jung said, "The British government and
That's what happens when a seller clears, a bit of paper scares the MM and there are only 15m shares in issues. This does not need good news, it would be great if we got some but the chart will give this legs now. Big correction and a stellar close @26.75.
I hope all genuine holders stayed strong down at 16 and held their nerve.

Since Greece there is a site in the UK. Agreement in Ireland. Proton involved. I would say he is far better positioned.
Not to mention policies to deliver and voters suffering £ from the highest GAS prices in history.

Foot already in the door with gov.contracts.
Hot topic, well positioned to progress. Forward Rate Agreement on Plant Funding versus Output is a no brainer. Only a matter of time. Govs. need to start delivering on their climate pledges. No need to ramp - should COFFEE gain traction the SP will do the talking. Would like to see US agreement too.
I expect this news to put the brakes on the slide. It's good to see a gov.contract win with the cash in the bank out there. RP has also stated he is prepared to put his own money up if need be. Any positive news on City Oil/Proton/Project Coffee and we will regret not adding down here at these ridiculous levels. I can only think this is down to a large holder getting out, it's baffling.
Why dump? RP has made it clear they will be funded by an additional loan. IMO there will be no raise at all down here. Not a chance. Surely you hold for gold here. Edwards had a chance to get out in the 30's - what a bad trader.
Edwards needs to tin his broker.
Surely investors are in this for the City Oil potential and the rewards in the US and far East.
18.50, that's a level and also a joke of a SP for a company that is now more than just a boiler fitter, tapping into the hydrogen market with new technology.
I am adding here and have every confidence RP is moving Sabien away from being just a one trick pony.
The risk is high, like most AIM stocks but the rewards will be very significant shoud all go to plan.
