New Start/Positive weeks and months ahead.5 Mar 2024 08:00
Morning all
I do get where some negativity is coming from, especially for long term holders, which also then means you get the odd negative poster on here, with the typical “one liners” with no substance behind their comments.
However – let’s treat this recent news on face value:
£450k now with us, which will be use to get Pyebridge up and running/productive within weeks – we will therefore start to bring in revenue very soon.
Further funding up to the commitment amount of up to £4m which will predominantly be used to fund the Site's overhaul work programme in order to achieve full generation (so more revenue being brought in), efficiency and profitability potential, as well as the further development of MED's other existing sites and additional sites in the future.
Assets alone at worth circa £8m – think “why would a company lend over £4m, to a company with a current MC of just over £1m – shows the value and where it can go.
The loan is better feel than a JV deal in my opinion – e.g. 12% APR, rather than giving away circa 50-70% of the business.
Let’s address KIBO –
Yes, they need cash, however if you look back at their recent share sales, it’s not like they are dumping huge amounts.. their recent sell was 7m shares, which brought in just short of £30k to them.. so that doesn’t feel to me that they are desperate, and will not simply start dumping large volumes.. any selling is being done safely and in stages. KIBO have also just issues shares to a service provider for circa £30k worth of fees – they could have simply sold more MAST shares to bring that cash in, however haven’t.. so again, that doesn’t show to me an immediate requirement to bring in cash, and shows to me that they are happy holding MAST.
Reminder - We will start to bring in revenue within just a few weeks, with the plan to safely increase production/rates (which in turn will bring in more revenue).
Overall – this is a strong buy. Look at the broker targets, look at the fact we will be bringing in revenue within weeks, look where the SP and MC were only just a few months ago. Even in the immediate short term the SP/MC should double, yet along before revenue news as well as any further news on how the £4m could possibly be spent.. so expect possible news on further sites/acquisitions in the future.
