If this takeover doesn’t get completed then thats totally fine as we just get back to the drawing board - no harm done

But I suspect new ways to raise capex required will be considered where we might not get any preferential treatment

well I’ve asked my broker who can confirm with great authority that tge rumours about not raising enough are complete nonsense

I must admit, the silence is getting frustrating now

My research ( via RNS) tells me there is minimum 3.5 million barrels sweet oil just waiting to be brought up. Multiply by approx $70 per barrel and it equates to well o er £200M. Last stated market capital was only £3M. And then there is major potential in future explorations.

Now why in tge hell would all that not be more than enough to get a mere £6 M raised- I would never know. Remember there has also been a competent persons report done to back all this

The deal will obviously be confirmed when it’s done ie capital raised etc What’s wring with you - they can’t show us until it’s done . But yes, shareholders should exoect to be voting for it. So far I’ve not heard yet but I do expect to .

I too will admit that I also believe I got ripped off, very very badly but that was related to Buffalo

I too can see it as a ten bag, just not that quickly but perhaps end of year not month

The (consolidated) raise price was 1.2p and the deadline for applications closed yesterday.
IF the raise is approved ( not least by shareholders) than the shares should Seine trading end of this ninth. The price in resumption will be based on supply and demand by market makers.
My guess is about 2 pence . Not bad fir those that bought in on the raise

Shares that were suspended at 0.18p becomes 0.12p at raise and consolidation makes them 1.2p

Now the price once trading resumes will be simple supply demand. My personal guesstimate is around the 2pence or 3 pence mark.

Once oil starts being drilled the sp st least doubles

Once oil extracted , about 5p to 10 p at least

I’m very pleased to have put in order for a few £000’s through my broker.
Really hoping I get what I requested and then can look forward to a nice open later this month.

If the offer was at 1.2p tgen obviously I can’t see too many sellers

Ok, my very last attempt. The share price IS NIT 1.2p. That’s the limited price for the raise of £6m of which most has AKREADY been prescribed fir by institutions. The real sp is what any holders will be prepared to sell at once trading resumes end of month. You will not be able to buy shares at 1.2p nor will anyone wish to sell unless you’re cunancually trapped
