IF we have oil the amount is hundreds of millions of pounds just the initial sweet oil let alone the future development drilling.

1. The quality of oil is sweet (I’m not good with terminology). It it is t then we e been lied to .

2. The costs of extracting oil has also been vi en expressly - can’t remember exact amount but very low cost per barrel and would be very hefty profits unless global oil really tanked. If costs turn out higher than again we will have been misquoted ( lied to)

Why change the habit and please DO tell us the downside scenario ?

At least we’re broadly agreed that NPV of £55M is much higher than current mcap (£10m). But dies the Npv account for the oil in the ground ? Of course it doesn’t as tgen it would be much higher.

Of all the valuations, tge one model we shouldn’t disagree with would be of Berkshire Hathaway and I’m sure if he got a whiff we’d be going through the roof.

And then it will be start of future drilling which conceivably can take to mid cap rate

The one thing on the negative side as gas as I’m concerned is the absolute balls up by Mr Peterkin at Buffalo - crooked one my view. But peculiarly you’ve said you trust this boards integrity

Tbh I think there is overuse of jargon and terms and particularly in this sector and I admit difficulty keeping up to date with them all.

But in my simple view the company is about to find out if there is oil in the ground or being Zoe icicle, how much.

The analysts should be experienced in this field and although no privy information will be made available, they should still be able to get a pretty good idea of how things are progressing including prospects of oil whether seeeet oil, or if it’s gonna be a “duster” (more jargon)

At the least they should have an idea of the professionalism and expertise of this company. Historical analysis has already been provided
