Epip,
After reading that last post, remember my fantasy numbers?
Here's a reminder.

NeilHannon,
Guess ships run on gasoline or kerosene where you come from.
Maybe your next Google search should contain API gravity.
We'll do fine on $50 a barrel. $40 would be bad if lasting for years. Highly unlikely it will ever happen. There would be piles of bankrupt companies prior to this one, and fire sales is always a viable option if all else fail.
Just relax.
Epip121,
Well, what makes you think you're right this time? Same thinking as last time? What changed?
Maybe the world is not as simple as your oversimplified mental model plagued by feelings of "what's right" may suggest?
Maybe that's what caught you earlier. Feelings.
Pelle,
That's standard practice is bigger producing assets. Mainly to protect the production, by having several trains; but it also makes the maintenance less impactful, as you can bring a normal size crew and do the maintenance work over a longer time rather than bringing in 400 heads for one week to get everything done swiftly.
If it's not completed we'll need an explanation tomorrow. I bet it's done.
Hello Epi121 ,
So you lost everything every time the economy went bad in your lifetime.
Yet you believe you have the power to forecast the next recession and what the political enviroment will produce over the next decade?
Betting against you would yield 100% win rate so far. If I was you, I'd bet against myself...
Tomorrow will se solid numbers. Earning may be massive, EBITDA of ~$500m and net income of $180m is not out of the picture, and that's double on yearly basis.
Blame yourself before you blame Trump.

Hi Pelle
I'm not MO, but yes. You can take one drive train down at a time.
A really strange event would be having 50kbopd+ for a few weeks and then falling 15k, which is still substantially better than before DC4 went live, then coming back to the previous levels .
This tanker made a real difference regarding the uncertainty in this matter. Maintenance is probably completed.
HMH
Would laugh my ass off (and would not be surprised) if the tanker is in fact empty. Small fee for missreporting numbers compared to a full cargo of crude.
Crude will flow. There's always a buyer.
Look for increases in nearby fields in foreign countries. History tends to repeat itself and pipelines are normally underground and unknown to people who dont operate their own satellite system.
We're in the dark.

PMO reported a good H1 today with nice cashflow numbers and a good result.
Let's get some Enquest estimates in here. Sharing is caring, and it makes it easier comparing.
I'll go first:

Also, hope we get some good news about our own hedges. Would be great if we were in line with PMO.

Hi Ponzi,
If I liked Enq at 22p, I like it even more at 18p. I know what I own. Some people are just to stupid, ignorant or uneducated and should not play around in a market enviroment. They will buy at a fair price based on forum comments, sell at an even better price (lower), and tell everybody else how the market is not functioning well. Then the price will gain and they will buy at a higher level and sell att the next downturn. Human nature.
And yes, I'm talking about you. But I guess you "still made a profit", and everyone else is stupid.
I'm not selling ****. Will add next week as I got some tobacco dividends dropping in.

Hi romaron,
I've been around for a while, and the world is the same as it always has been - in an ever changing mode built on the same free market basis.
You assign to much weight to politics and current events related to the "green" movement. In 18 month it will be another story plaguing the economy.
Oil is a free market dictated by supply and demand over the long run. Suppressed prices will fuel underinvestments which will creat a shortage down the road.
The only thing green that will matter in the end is the greenback - the USD.
Funds will come around, dont worry.
Hi Pelle,
I got most of my shares in a KF, as I guess future dividends would be subject to "källskatt" @ 15% as the company is a British one.
That said, $100m a year is nothing longterm. We will have $800m-1b to distribute once debt is gone (if we end up there).
