Alternatively Ganfeng could go in to the market and just start buying stock up to 49.9% and probably at a discount to their current offer. Once there they would need to decide what to do next.
@Puzzletree
You box on and if you have the cojones go further and short BCN and make loads and loads of money.
Too many political issues at the moment. New president sworn in today:-
Assimi Goita, who removed civilian president and prime minister last month, sworn into office despite facing a diplomatic backlash.

We just need to keep our heads down until we clarity on the political front.
I've looked can't find anything. Possibly a little oversold after last weeks changes in safe countries. Menzies have done a great job and shown great foresight in the last year expanding the company during these difficult times. Fortune favours the brave and this company will test its highs soon enough once we get back to normal. Could of course still be a few bumps in the road before then.
Well said Hazbeen.............FAR could at sometime in the future be as good as some of the investors think on here. But that is not going to be tomorrow. As you say once the delayed BFS comes through we will know and the a price of 40p might be appropriate until then it is a huge punt. No doubt there are a lot traders playing the ups and downs and making some good money.
Good luck to you all. I'll wait bit.

I think the share price is holding up well considering all that is going on in Mali at this time. We need to keep a close eye on what the French do (threatening to pull out troops). Assuming these political issues can be sorted out I think the share price is looking strong going forward.
FAR don't have a mine at this time , they are :- "Treating purchased secondary material to recover vanadium pentoxide"
http://www.ferro-alloy.com/en/investors/presentations-other/Investor%20Presentation%20Q1%2028%20March%202021%20FINAL.pdf
I noticed that some think this is going to become a $1bn company overnight.
When will FAR have the earnings to justify becoming a billion dollar company?
When will FAR have a mine that actually produces Vanadium and how much money will need to be raised for that to happen?
There will be a long and tortuous road ahead before that happens.

Why don't you go and buy some Evraz, since you keep going on about how well you would have done.
It's a bit like me moaning that if I had put my £1k on Mon Mome in the 2009 Grand National I would be up £100k instead of down £1k on Comply or Die.
On VSA Capital this morning 1 minute mark.
The question is, is this risk free money or not?

Quick question Floyd (or anyone).
Are Portliner going to charge their VRFB batteries in situ or did I read (or perhaps I concluded) that they where going to pump in new charged electrolyte thereby making turn arounds much faster.
I'm not sure where I got this from and it could all be nonsense that I dreamt up?
