Is good old Rupert still involved with company ,and the Moroccan lady that was employed as an expert in permits ,plus I take it’s too late for the CEO to take a pay cut so close to christmas , would not like him to do without on the big day considering the huge success he has been in 2023.
Surely the CEO is still not taking a full salary ,if he is should be ashamed of himself after overseeing this complete cluster of his tenure over the last 3 years .Absolutely failed on every count ,gave him the benefit of the doubt but the facts are there for all to see just a con man .The famous imminent statement spoke volumes at the time which was over 2 years ago .Been allowed to bleed the small PI dry with bluster and silence, down £100k since he took the helm .
Surely the CEO cannot still be taking a salary after overseeing 3 years of this absolute pathetic performance and why is he still in post.It is astonishing that this guy has not been relieved of his duties .PR gaffes, missed deadlines ,radio silence for months on end ,the list goes on and on .The potash /mining industry must have a very low bar on candidates for this type of project if Mr Clarke is anything to go by on getting the CEO role
It’s hard to believe that Mr Clarke the CEO has been paid near a $1 million in salary for overseeing a complete shambles for the last 3 years ,pretty hard to comprehend this level of incompetence is so richly rewarded .
Sadly our CEO is not fit for purpose ,when he cannot orchestrate proper communication last few years no surprise he could not get the permit over the line,Sad but true and zero winners on this board wether your were the eternal optimist on chose to take a more pragmatic stance the last few years have been a sh…t show under his direction.
Ah well another 6 months goes by without a peep from our dynamic CEO,at least I can take some solace from that he enjoyed himself with champagne and canapés being not only a sponsor but a GOLD sponsor of a ceremony for King Charles.Sadly my champagne went flat a long time ago waiting on this complete dud proving some substantial information which should have been communicated in Q1.
If asking a question ,just simply quote the CEO statement from early jan RSN.
"I am confident we will be able to provide some substantive updates over the course of Q1”
If he was unable to do the above why has he not advised why not .My own opinion is he is not fit to be CEO ,no doubt many other skill sets but most certainly not leading correctly and doing as he said on the many YouTube ,and various other outlets about “doing things the right way “.
what happened to the " i am confident we will be able to provide some substantive update over the course of q1", as every week goes on it is becoming clearer the ceo is out of his depth, it is now just short of 2 years yes 2 years that he produced that stupid statement, completely underestimated what it takes to get a permit or just incompetent. the only reason this board is quiet is 95% of the small shareholders are still a little bit ahead on the share price. once again communication is woeful either by design or skillset. he needs to get this over the line by month's end or move aside and let someone else take charge as this now is just a ****-take on all levels.
evening westie,
the only beef I have had this whole project is the lack of communication and always has been, in the early days there were webcasts, interviews, and youtube presentations all to drum up business to get this off the ground, then the CEO makes a complete ar... of an interview with the infamous imminent statement, then all the communication avenues cease to nearly nothing, communication is a huge part of the process and is an abject failure of the CEO not to engage, every man in their dog knows the permit is not in their hands, but is to the same people that you courted in the early days to ask for their money but now cease informing them of exactly what is going on is contemptible.
Every poster on this forum deserves a bit more respect than is currently being shown by the CEO. Regardless of whether you have been 100% blinkered bullish, somewhere in the middle, or have shown a level of skepticism on timelines on postings. Patience is something that can never be used against anyone on this forum as its been here in abundance for many. The CEO NEEDS TO UPDATE NOW on exactly what is going on, and that is doing things the right way. Losing any respect for this guy I had, as we are miles behind the timelines and the lack of progress is becoming very amateurish. Please do not reply with he is doing everything he can and working night and day, maybe a change of CEO would only need to work during the day to get it done, and if a permit not happening at least advise.
Heading for Q2 and still no permit. Never thought 3 years after buying into the company share price would be lower than what I paid for them. Just cannot get any momentum in any shape or form.is this the ultimate slow burner or are we just all chasing fool's gold?
can someone ask in the Q @ A what Mr. Rupert Joy's role in the company is, remember on this board getting told what a great appointment to help get the permit through a couple of years ago, he is prob good at picking the wine for the business lunches as spends most days on Twitter about his wine exploits? A bit of transparency of what individuals in senior positions actually do in keeping with the mantra "doing things the right way" would be mighty helpful...
Have given Mr. Clarke the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions in the last 18 months regarding stupid statements, and irrelevant tweets allowed to go out and complete silence on the permit but I am afraid I am beginning to think this project is a bit too much of deep water for this guy as a CEO, he probably has the technical knowledge but starting to look completely out his depth in this role, hope I am wrong but still waiting to see some concrete evidence. Plus can any enlighten me on what this character Rupert has brought to the company apart from a few grand investment?
The lack of information has gone from annoying to frustrating to downright disregard to the small private investors that have put their money down into this company that they believed through the many many interviews telling us what a great project and company are" doing things the right way" .It is utter *******s and no way to run a company that has had a begging bowl out to get this project started. A message to the CEO, start acting like one and inform investors what the heck is going on with the permit and give some reasons and timelines and let the market and investors have the decision
on either sticking it out or moving on to pastures new. It utter bewildering that some private investors who have invested in some cases up to £100k on being asked how is your investment looking.?the answer would be not a clue and has been since the infamous "imminent " interview 15 MONTHS AGO.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is just a simple and honest question ----- Why as of today Sept 2nd, 2022 we still do not have the required permit nor the exact reason why from either the company or the relevant authorities on what has created the delay in the company moving to the next stage of its journey.
