To me it's perverse that a main header banner on their website is that BAM won an award for a discovery first made over 10 years ago.

A discovery made that can be attributed to none of the current management team, except a lady sat in an office in Jersey.

Yet our CEO happily constantly states that the BAM story is only just beginning.

Says much to me.

My problem is my holding is with Patagonia Gold's Registrar (Computershare Canada) by DRS.

Getting a Broker in the UK to accept a transfer of the DRS and then potentially trade PGDC on TSXV is proving extremely difficult.

Problem I'm having is finding a UK broker prepared to accept Canadian DRS transfer & then trade PGDC.

If you do a Google search lots of brokers say they can handle Canadian DRS but when you contact them direct they say "no". Very frustrating

Canaccord will seemingly do it - but only if a single trade value is in excess of £250,000.

Is there ANYONE out there managed to trade this stock????!!!

I have held these since they traded on AIM. Currently my holding is registered by DRS with Computershare Canada.

I am pulling my hair out. Spent endless time going round in ever decreasing circles trying to source a Canadian broker that I can transfer my Computershare held DRS to. So that my holding can be traded/sold - for me as a UK resident.

Have contacted Company itself. Computershare Canada. Endless UK brokers. But no joy.

Any help out there gratefully received.

Is there anyone out there holds or has recently traded stock of Patagonia Gold (PGDC)? Patagonia Gold being once run by the same management team as Landore.

I'm in desperate need of help. I still hold PGDC from Bill Humphries days - over 20 years. Fortunately company is in safer hands now. But they did move from trading on AIM to TSXV and my certificated shares were transferred to Canadian DRS held by Computershare Canada. I now need to transfer that DRS to a Canadian broker (who accepts UK residents and/or has a UK based brokerage) before I can trade/sell my holding. I have spent endless time doing online research to find such a Broker. Without success. Contacted numerous UK brokers. But none able to help. Contacted Computershare & Patagonia Gold itself - without success. Absolute nightmare!!!

ANYONE out there able to offer any help??? Basically just need the name of a Canadian broker who accepts the transfer of a Canadian DRS and who ideally has a UK based presence or accepts dealing with UK resident.

No CEO worth their money would choose to publish any major corporate news on a Friday. Stands to reason.

Am struggling to accept the delay is soley down to the MRE. Which for me is a big positive.

Wasn't it the tail end of Q2 that originally it was stated they planned to publish the MRE in Q3. Then that got pushed back to Q4. Now a temp suspension before publication. Really?????????

I'm now not as auld as BH but at 75 am left still wondering if as a loyal LTH that I'll ever get to benefit from this investment.

I'd be surprised if crusty old Bill invested recently with a mind set of this going to production. He'd be 110 by then!!!

The trouble is he (& everyone else) knows that unless there's some major corporate activity (sale or JV) over next 6-9 months then there will be the need for another Placement which Mr Shaw will have to participate in. So, effectively the lower the share price goes the better it is for him financially. I'm not saying the share price is being deliberately manipulated lower - but having been invested here since day one, I have seen this same pattern develop endless times.

That's my reading of it, SorB. Maybe someone else with more intelligence can confirm.

I thought my holding in Lamaune back in 2011 was then worth circa £10,000 (based on a perceived 2-3p share price when LND was trading at £2+ yes £2+) and also based on the then folks on these BBs that claimed to have BH's ear (the then CEO and founder of LND).

Now, if my facts are correct that £10,000 is worth today 6 LND shares. FFS!!!! There is a cash payment as well on top - I think - but that amounts to a pie and a pint for my holding being amalgamated back.

But no doubt someone somewhere will probably have made loads of money out of this asset along the way. Just hasn't been PIs.

FWIW - just received through letter box the Notice of meeting on 3 July.

Might as well have been in latin as it ain't the easiest of reads.

As already confirmed it's effectively amalgamating Lamaune back into Landore ownership.

But as a 10,000-1 share consolidation by back door proposal.

I remember the days 15 years ago when I thought my holding in Lamaune was interesting, exciting even. And worth a reasonable amount.

Shafted once again by corporate nonsense and poor management.

Lamaune Iron was demerged (or whatever the corporate nonsense it was then called) from Landore in 2011.

The shares (or should that be securities that never traded anywhere??) were issued to Landore shareholders and the general opinion at the time was they were worth about 2-3p per share equiv. Lamaune became a bit of a non-event over next decade and racked up serious debts that effectively got written off by Landore in return for 90% ownership.

The remaining 10% still owned by Lamaune shareholders is probably worth today about 500% less than perceived value back in 2011.

Looks possible that some prospective purchaser of LND wants Lamaune to be part of acquisition package.

Just my take. Could be way off track.

I'm assuming/hoping that it'll be a straight sale using LND shares being offered for the Lamaune ones.

Unfortunately I never received the Notice of meeting as I have moved twice since DRS was issued in 2011 - so I don't have the detail.

I thought late 2025 was originally when the Pre-fesibility study/update was planned to be - no?

This seems to continue to develop at a snails pace. And I assume there will be the need for another fundraise before year out or by Q1 2026 at latest?

Let's hope the end game creates something worthwhile after 20 years!!

Getting back more than 1% of what I thought was the perceived paper value of Lamaune Iron Inc when it was formed by Landore shareholders all those years ago would be something to celebrate in 2025. Something is better than nothing I guess. How the hell it ever racked up such a huge debt is still a bit of a mystery to me.

Awrabest UR for 2025. Maybe this is the year Landore make the big time?
