Was reading through the thread too quickly and had taken it as a genuine question

I have decided to stay and will back the science as being good enough to get through stage 1, which most clinical trials do.

At that point, a CAR-T drug can be worth hundreds of millions.

It may now take longer for people to exit if they want to see a decent return, but for those with patience we are essentially where we were last week, in a binary play, which will be determined on early results of the upcoming trials.

At £16 a share the Market Cap would be £56m based on the current number of shares.

Or as high as £84m if the proposed resolution of 50% new shares being allowed is passed and fully utilised, which seems likely to me in all honesty, as even increasing the number of shares by 50% at todays market cap would only allow us to raise £7m or so after fees, and that’s at no discount for any placing, so it will probably be closer to £5m in reality.

If we get through stage 1 the consolidation and subsequent placing probably won’t matter to those that have decided to stay, as the market cap will be multiples of where it is now.

If it fails… it won’t be pretty

Expected schedule was provided in previous RNS. I would expect the next RNS to confirm the SIV has taken place.

The only time I’d expect an RNS on the first step, the IRB, would be if there was an issue or hold up, as IMO that would be market sensitive.

If the Hemo website is to be believed, CDX is scheduled to begin phase 1 trials in financial year 25/26.

You promised you’d leave at 50% pumpky, from buys at 1.13 and 1.09.

You should be gone by 1.70 by my maths. There is still time for that to happen today.

Im personally not of the view that Friday was the start of week 3, for me, Monday is the start of the third week in November.

Its total guesswork here, but I don’t expect the SIV to happen on Monday, purely as not all parties attending will be based in Houston, and nobody likes to travel on the weekend, so I expect it to be Tue-Thu.

I’m certain it will be RNS’d once it’s complete, but I expect that to be toward the end of next week.

That wouldn’t be a bad thing either, assuming we can get a steady rise in the SP in the lead up to the announcement.

People should be allowed to have an opinion and put forward an argument without having to be subjected to childish comments and insinuations of being a seller or shorter.

More actual discussion and less insulting each other would benefit everyone who visits the board.

I see nothing to suggest Sprint has sold out on today’s RNS, and until we are informed otherwise by an official RNS, concerns around funding are completely legitimate.

The half year operating costs up to end of June were outlined in half year report. The additional lentvirus production run was RNS’d prior to this accounting period, in 2023. Unless payment was in instalments, it’s reasonable to assume that monthly costs are around the 400k mark. We were down to 1.6M at the end of June, so whatever way you want to view it, cash runway is extremely tight.

Funding has to come from somewhere and I have to believe some kind of arrangement is in place for this RNS to have been released. What that looks like I have no idea.

I do not agree with the idea that Hemo have enough cash in the bank to scrape through until the end of the year without some additional funding.

For clarity, I posted the link purely for awareness, in response to haddy mentioning the fund.

Whilst I would never write off the possibility, I did not intend to imply that Hemo are going to be benefactors of the fund.

Anyone who suggests that accessing this fund is a slam dunk is either deluded, or intentionally misleading others.
