I have been looking on https://corporate.sundaebar.ai/ (nothing there)

While it may be messy and with a lack of clarity.

One thing I have to admire is that when an idea comes up, they don't sit on it and get beaten by others to the market, they launch and start work straight away.

It's simply a matter of how quickly they can learn and adapt to the market and hopefully keep at the front.

But I thought it was right to point out what I see and being a very child like error in not even having the agents advertised on their website. (That is amateurish)

But if you are the owner of Just Eat, you can advertise McDonalds Food - KFC Food - Burger King Food etc etc.

Its a platform advertising others products.

(Just Eat wouldn't have to RNS every time they had a new client who they were selling food for.)

Your agents are not even on your company website yet.

Surely this is something you would have ready for launch ?????

It says "The platform's first three AI agents".

While it would be good to state where the agents come from or who they are owned by, I don't think anything underhand is happening.

I would suggest that Sundae Bar is simply a platform for Agents.

Cykel would likely be paying Sundae Bar to advertise its agent on the platform to get wider reach as would other AI companies with their AI Agents.

Then all usage of Lucy would be revenue for Cykel.

Well I hope it comes up trumps for us.

I asked some questions to people on linkedin who are currently working with Amigo Holdings.

They marked themselves as open to work with availability from 23rd June

On asking they said they are redundant from 22nd

A number of redundancies are scheduled to take place at AMIGO HOLDINGS.

Either the big closedown will happen then

or

The reverse takeover will happen and the old staff will no longer be needed.

The SP simply reflects the position of the company and the financial results released.

More revenue is needed and tge sales team need to step up.
